Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & A/C - Hooksett

I was so pleased working with Paradigm! I was worried it would take forever to get an appointment and be terribly expensive. Neither was true. The woman who answered my called was polite and kind. She scheduled me in a few days and the plumber showed up when they said he would. Steve arrived and had the problem diagnosed quickly. I was given a two hour window for his arrival but he showed up at the beginning of the time. He called to tell me his time of arrival and then called again when he arrived. Steve was very polite and worked quickly and cleanly. He showed me the problem, wasting no time with chit chat. It wasn’t cheap — no good plumber is — but he solved the problem in a timely way. I would recommend Paradigm highly.

People forget how quickly you do a job. They remember how well you did it. I had Paradigm install all the plumbing for our new master bathroom five years ago. Everything has worked perfectly since! Our engineering business give lots of opportunity to refer great contractors. I refer this company more than any other. I know that they have a lot of great employees to help solve plumbing and heating and air conditioning challenges quickly. I also know that this company really does care about their clients. I have used this company multiple times to replace furnaces, hot water heater, and air conditioning. I have nothing but great things to say about Paradigm and will continue to use their services in the future. I have also highly recommended this company to family and friends, to which, they have loved the service and the crews. Paradigm is very reasonably priced, the crews I have had at my home were excellent, the work was professionally done, and it was neat and clean once completed.

I recently had my first experience with Paradigm Plumbing. It did not start off to well, but once I contacted the office, got the situation under control, it was quickly rectified. The work performed by Matt D was very professional and efficient. Time and money well spent. Thank you again for the courtesy you extended us and a job well done.

I want to thank Mike Smithe for being patient with me and my furnace issues. He is awesome and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing. I really do appreciate him and his great attitude!

Update: Unfortunately the same customer service is not shown by the service manager. Multiple times have been given the runaround and promised returned calls not made after he’s told us he would look into the multiple charges for the same issue of no heat. This includes a $600 initial charge for no heat with the determination of issue being in our hot water tank? 5 visits and over 1,000 dollars later issue was resolved. Service Manager told us he would look into all the repairs and charges that were done after discussing with the techs that performed the different work on our newer boiler, installed and serviced by paradigm. No return calls from the service manager and on a follow up call made by us we were then informed the two techs no longer work for them, so he could not ask them. Again looking into and would get back to us with something in couple more weeks...this was in December and now we are into March with still no call back. This will be the last dollars they will get from us as we have found another local company recommended by our boiler brand.

I've worked with Paradigm a number of times and they are consistently outstanding. Every member of the team is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. A++ service. They have never tried to sell me something I don't need and have always made every effort to provide the most efficient cost-effective solutions. They truly take pride in their work and put the customer's needs before their own profits. Wonderful people! Highly recommend!

We called Paradigm when we were trying to decide whether to fix an old boiler or replace it. Eric provided great information to help us decide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was great so we decided to schedule the work. The technician, Steve, who performed the work did an excellent job. Eric even followed up after to make sure we were happy with everything. Great company. I would recommend them!

Paradigm has installed our tankless hot water heater, our furnace, moved our AC condenser and performed regular maintenance and I highly recommend them. They have skilled folks that are very attentive to your needs and do it all with a smile at a good rate. We've strayed once when the prospect of immediate service got to us and we paid dearly (see my other review for that outfit). Thank you Paradigm and God bless.

I had a minor crack in one of my waste pipes. Steve came out and was extremely professional and knowledgable. He assessed the situation and laid out all my options. While he could have recommended a massive repiping job, he instead went back and did some additional research and brought several options to address the issue. He was able to address the crack without an expensive repipe and ensured that I understood all my options throughout the process. My family and I have used Paradigm for years and would recommend them to anyone.

Paradigm has been wonderful. All of the technicians that have been to my home were on time, professional, and provided great quality work. Constant and open communication and follow through has also been much appreciated from Steve. Would highly recommend!
