Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & A/C - Hooksett

Paradigm replaced our aging furnace and central a/c in the Fall of 2015. They were great to deal with from the lady in the office to the guys in the shop and the installers who showed up at the house. Their price was fair and they did quality work. It was a complicated job and we did run into a small glitch several months later. Paradigm took care of it, correcting the situation with no problem and no games. It was a nice change of pace to not have to be on the defensive and fight for what is right. They did what was right. I am a new homeowner, and I have had Paradigm plumbing out to my house a couple of times. Each time the plumber was professional and incredibly nice. They took the time to explain what they were doing, because I am invested in learning about my home. I would recommend their services to anyone. I remember after I used them the first time the owner actually called me to personally introduce himself and tell me that if I needed anything that I was now a part of the Paradigm family! Unheard of!

2nd floor toilet was leaking into the kitchen cabinets (yuck!) and a friend recommended Paradigm Plumbing. I called late in the day and the dispatcher gave me a window of two hours that the tech would be out. Mike Smith called just prior to his on time arrival. He evaluated the problem and corrected it in just about 30 minutes, taking the time to explain what he had done and then cleaned up like he was never here. Toilet works just fine now. I am glad that I called Paradigm and I will definitely use the service again.

Paradigm couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. They performed the annual service on my furnace system. They were able to get me scheduled in sooner than I thought possible. Very responsive to my questions and I felt very comfortable that my system was being properly serviced. The tech was friendly and prompt. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have a Baxi boiler which is apparently so high tech almost no one knows how to repair it. I did not have any hot water, and I reached out to several plumbers; I didn't even receive a call back. Then I called Paradigm. They were totally professional from the start. They gave me a same day appointment and they sent Sean to help me out. Sean diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me exactly what he was going to do and explained the risks associated with swapping out the parts. None of those risks came to pass and the job was completed in no time. He didn't even have to leave for parts because he brought along a kit specific to my special boiler which had just about anything he might need. Paradigm is my new plumbing company and Sean is my plumber. Great job!

This past year I converted from wood burning to propane gas. I needed piping from the propane tanks to where the propane stove would be located on my house some 65 feet. Paradigm had done work at my son's so I decided to have them do the work.
Great choice pipe was done to perfection. The city inspector found no errors or problem. Complimented with the exception my house number was missing.
Glad, I had Paradigm do the work, on time and on budget.

Three years ago, I bought my first investment property, a four unit townhouse building in Allenstown, NH. While we were expecting to fix and update various things, one thing that we did not count on was the sewer system being a 60 year old Bermico pipe that was actively collapsing. My biggest fear as a landlord was something falling apart that would threaten my tenant's human rights, and it was quickly coming true. We called four different sewer experts, and we were met with various excuses as to why they could not replace our sewer line - assuming that they would even call us back - but Steve Labbe at Paradigm was the fifth and final call. Steve got back to me immediately with a proposal, start and completion date, permits in hand, and a fair-price contract. He showed up early Monday morning, as promised, and had the whole project done before I was home from work. I could not believe how fast, professional and organized this company was - it was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many other sewer companies that would not help us.

Paradigm provides such a seamless experience from beginning to end. Last summer I had an issue with my AC and while everyone else needed to book several weeks out, these guys got me in NEXT DAY because they understood how important it was for me to have ac during the hot summer months. The entire staff is honest, professional and just overall upstanding individuals. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing/heating services in their home.

Used Paradigm for the first time. The office staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Our plumber, Sean, was great. Sean called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked efficiently repairing the problem right away. I will definitely use Paradigm in the future and I will ask for Sean.

I love Paradigm. This is the greatest service company I've ever used. From heat not working to emergently installing a tankless water heater these guys are the best. I began using them at my last house and have already used them at my new house. As I told Steve, as far as I'm concerned there is no other HVAC or plumbing company I'd use. I even have my parents exclusively using Paradigm now, that's how good they are. Fast, polite, professional, friendly, and fair. Keep up the great work guys!
