I had a new hot water installed and brought up to code.. Arlie and Travis were both very professional, both had great personalities, and both walked me thru the step by step of the procedure. The area in which they worked was left actually cleaner than before they started. I will not be hesitant to call your company for any HVAC/Plumbing needs in the future. Just hang on to these two associates as they are a very valuable asset to your company.

Danny arrived about 1.5 hours after our call to service our AC Unit, which unexpectedly stopped working. He called when he was en route, had a professional demeanor, and kept me updated in the issues he found. He resolved the issue and the price was very reasonable, especially for after business hours, an on call visit. Our unit is also located on the roof and it was dark out-I was expecting him to return the next day but he finished the job. I recommend Danny from Ambient Edge.

I needed to update my thermostat because of a new piece of equipment was added. I didn't know where/how to put in new code. Serviceman called up back and walked us through it. Everything working fine. Thank you for your help.

Brian Asbjorn was the best. He was actually early for the appointment. Very fast and efficient. He had my AC fixed and running perfect in an hour. I will definitely use Ambient Edge again and request Brian.

Ryan was amazing, called the company in the morning when we woke to the air conditioning not keeping the house under 80 degrees. They answered the phone right away and promised a tech out for a reasonable $79 diagnosis by 5pm. Ryan called and texted by 3:30 that he was on his way. Now we have lived in the house for 11 years and have never done any maintenance on the unit. Ryan spent 6 hours diagnosing and fixing everything. He showed us every part that he replaced, quoted us every time it was going to add to the total, signed us up for an EPA program that includes 2 maintenance visits that saved us over $200 on the service now. He even called in another tech to check his electrical work such a thoughtful and professional thing to do. After 6 and 1/2 hours he also refused a tip and stated his reward was knowing we would be sleeping in our cool house tonight. Great company and Ryan is top notch! Total services were $2000.

I've used Ambient Edge for a couple of years on a AC system that was getting up there in age. Last month when they were doing maintenance on it, it was brought up that with the amount of repairs I would need to keep making to it that it would be beneficial to replace it. At that time I made a appointment and Aaron came out and we went over my needs and comfort and he gave me a couple choices of packaged units that would fit my budget. I ended up going with the best I could get. The next week the installers came out and did a fantastic job of getting the work done and they were professional at their job.

Trevor came to our home and got our AC back up and running quickly. Also kudos to Ambient Edge and their VIP program. In peak AZ summer we had a response in less than an hour. VIP membership is great peace of mind.

Plumbing by Jake. Left me hanging on a garbage disposal call back job. The boss was suppose to call me with a plan to resolve the problem. I have never heard back from him yet. I am very disappointed with this company.
