Miguel was very professional. He took his time to explain what was happening with my Air conditioning system he explained everything that needed to be done and fixed all the problems. Im definitely requesting his services the next time we need repairs. He's awesome 😎

Ruslan came out to help us when our AC went down in the middle of the summer. He came first thing in the morning and was incredibly kind and professional. He answered all of our questions and diagnosed our AC issues quickly. He was able to repair it and have our AC working within an hour. I highly recommend this company and Ruslan specifically. Working with him was an absolute pleasure!

This is the best AC service in Las Vegas that I know of. It's not even close. The company is very easy to work with and the Techs are outstanding. Mainly a Tech named Ruslan, he is one of the best all around professionals I've seen in the business. They are very competent, efficient and very reasonably priced. Ruslan has done some great maintenance work with us and now we're doing a full overhaul install. Very happy and pleased with them. You won't find a better and more fair company in town. Our AC/heating unit recently went out. Checked out reviews for Allstate HVAC and decided to go with them. Their customer service was amazing and very friendly all around from beginning to end of service. Talk about great customer service, they even called back for a follow up. Can't say enough good things about Ruslan. After dealing with another company that lied to us about what was wrong with our AC, Ruslan showed us what was going on and gave us fix/replace options without any pressure. There are punctual, responsive, professional and most importantly honest.

They did a great job for us, installing a high efficiency gas furnace and air conditioning. Happy we went with the variable speed fan and two stage gas burner. It is much quieter and provides more even temperature then the old furnace.

I had three quotes to replace both Heating and A/C. Miguel was the most knowledgeable and best price. Quick and professional. Would use them again. Very happy with the product and service.
