Honest and reliable. This company is amazing! Only recommend this company and no others. Had them out a couple of years ago for an estimate on replacing air conditioner along with 6 other estimates. All others told me unit needed replaced and quoted me prices to replace it. Sun Country came and said the unit was only 6 years old and need coolant added. They completed that and followed up with another inspection to make sure everything was running smoothly. Two years later with annual service, no problems.

Overnight my AC stop blowing cold air so on a recommendation from my boss I dropped sun country an appointment request VIA their website. I got a call at about 0730 to schedule an appointment. Very good response time for sure. They were able to accommodate me that afternoon which was great news being it's been 106 everyday. I got a text advising me that Aaron was on his way right around the time that we discussed. Aaron was friendly and got right to my unit, he was able to diagnose the problem within 2 mins, my capacitor was blown and needed to be replaced. Fortunately he had what I needed on the truck and it was blowing cold within minutes. I felt the price was reasonable for a same day appointment it always sucks paying good money to swap out a 20 dollar part. I will use them again and most likely sign up for a seasonal checkup.

This is actually a 10 star review. My old rooftop AC died on the afternoon of July 3. Home warranty company has (still) done nothing, so I called Sun Country late Thursday afternoon. They had the estimate team at my house at 7:45 Friday morning, provided me with the best quote I had thus received, and the new Trane AC was on my roof Friday afternoon! Excellent prices. Excellent service. They could not have done better.

On a Sunday, our AC was running but wasn’t hitting the set temperature. I called and got a hold of someone right away. They were able to send Aaron within an hour of calling. Aaron was professional, and very transparent. He did a diagnoses, and even came back a few hours later to verify his diagnosis was correct before charging us for something that wasn’t needed. I would definitely go back for our AC needs.

Aaron was just fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, and really helpful. He laid out all of the options and explained them in detail. We really appreciated Sun Country’s commitment to building great relationships with their customers.

This company is great!!! I’ve used them for many years and they are honest. I’ve had other companies tell me things about my air and heating systems that sounded shady. So I’ve called up Sun Country and had them give me a second opinion and sure enough the other companies were not giving me the truth. This is why I stay with this company for their honesty, prices and service. From Alexis who answers the calls to the technicians who come out and do the service they are all friendly and treat you like family.

Michael arrived promptly and asked me what my concerns were with my A/C. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He examined my unit and determined that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Thankfully he had the part available on his truck and was able to replace the capacitor right away. Great tech. Great service. Would absolutely recommend.

After another contractor, selected by my home warranty company, came in and focused on trying to sell me a new system for $11k while not trying to fix the cause of my "No Heat" issue, I call Sun Country, who my landlord used when I was renting a property before buying my house, and Sun Country was there within 2 hours and within 2-3 minutes had honed in on what the problem was. A bad circuit board on the controller. And better yet, the Tech had one on his truck!! He knew the mission when he got there and he delivered. No sales pitch, just fixed my furnace. I have always received great service from Sun Country and I highly recommend them!

Great overall experience with the company. From meeting with Mike Xavier to Ben and the installation crew. They replaced both of our A/C units, installed new thermostats and tested everything to ensure it was working correctly. Great job!! Would definitely recommend this company! Thank you!!
