Plumbing By Jake. 4/7/2022. Came and checked out plumbing. Under sink in bathroom, shutoffs were corroded, but were not leaking and service man turned them and said they should be replaced, but that must have started them to leak. After Service men left, we left for the store and came back and everything under sink was wet from leaking shutoff. We can't afford to replace them right now. We'll just use a lot of paper towels. No problem with other services preformed.

Jordan came out to my business to inspect our units. He was absolutely great, pointed out things that previous businesses overlooked or simply didn’t care about. Took the time to explain everything also. Very happy with the service he provided!

Brian and Steven are excellent technicians, were very professional, and got the job done the same day they arrived on scene! The only reason Ambient Edge loses a star is because the technicians used my hose without checking with me and it exploded, rendering it useless without offering a discount or to pay for a replacement hose. I would highly recommend this company!

Had routine service completed. Also repair on a breaker box that needed to be replaced. Afterwards tech returned to make sure AC was running properly. Great company! Jared is awesome!

AC check up inspection. No ceiling damage before inspection but just a few hours later water damage from condensation. Spencer was honest about repairs needed just thought I would have a little time to make a decision.

Shawn was great. Knowledgeable and found issue quickly. I do not like a 4 hour appointment window. That to me shows a lack of concern for customers. I have never had an issue with the technicians. Management needs to realize that it is not customer service to keep the customer waiting for a four hour window appointment. This is especially true if the technician is unable to make it until the fourth hour, then takes hours to complete service. Once again Technicians are great service managment very poor.

So happy to find Ambient. The employees have been great, so helpful to me explaining everything completely even showing me exactly what was causing the problem. Chris was a big help on New Year’s Eve when I couldn’t get any other company to help me. He put me at ease walking me through what I could do until the system could be diagnosed. That made a great impression on me and that’s when I decided Ambient would be the one to do the work. Joshua diagnosed and repaired and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Ambient Edge to everyone!

Our AC went out (we live in Arizona) and Ambient Edge arrived within a couple of hours. They immediately found the problem and explained what happened. The two guys were so courteous.

Doug did all the things with the stuff and had my AC running before leaving for the night. Friendly dude. Transparent about issues needing to be fixed with AC with resolutions at hand.
