Brian explained the maintenance he was going to do and why from what he found needed. He blew out the clogged drip pipe and cleaned out the AC unit itself. He also explained the low level of freon and the system I have is old and may need to be replaced at some point in the future. He explained most everything in detail and what I look forward to. He was also very polite and professional. Thank you for your service.

Had 2 Full Complete AC and Heating systems Installed both upstairs and down stairs. Called around got a few quotes and then decided to go with Ambient Edge. They seemed honest and trustworthy no BS sales pitches.. I am so glad that i did. It was no pressure from the beginning, Jesse the sales consultant who came out to do the quote for me did a thorough inspection of my old units and then took measurements of the whole house (BTW.. The other AC/heating businesses didn't do that). He gave Me several options and explained the differences for me to understand each one. I went with a full replacement. The guys on the install team were awesome, polite kind respectful crew. They went right to work answered any questions i had, you can tell these guys knew their stuff! Installed quicker then expected. If i could give this company a better rating I would. They crushed it! I totally recommend this company. They earned my business by being Honest Professional and Trusting. BTW the price was right also. GREAT JOB Ambient Edge!!!

I have been a customer with Ambient Edge for 3 years. Three ago I had a new unit both outside and inside. I have had the twice a year preventive maintenance, since the unit install. All personal have been very professorial until yesterday 6/28/22. The technician (Steve) was here for about 20 to 25 minutes he did not even take off the cover for the blower unit. On the report he says checked the blower motor bearings and motor temp. as I stated he never took the cover off blower motor cabinet. Never took a temperature reading of return air or supply air. Every technician before (Steve) did everything on inspection check sheet. Iam very disappointed with service. I always considered Ambient Edge to be a leader in the industry. My opinion has changed. Don't know if this was an incompetent service tech or maybe new administrated policy. All said and done Iam very displeased. Paul Walker
