Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing Las Vegas

We had an urgent issue with our A/C unit just as the weather began reaching peak temps. From start to finish it was an extremely efficient process. We called on a Friday afternoon and we had a tech scheduled for Saturday morning. Adrian Silva arrived in less than 30 minutes from the call alerting us he was coming. He was friendly, quick, efficient, and explained the issue easily. We were super lucky to have him address our emergency. 10/10 would love having him help again with any future issues or maintenance of our systems.

Arturo and Felix from Goettl AIr and Heating did a great job cleaning my air conditioner and heating ducts. So much dust. Kevin also deserves credit for organizing all the service. They worked as a team to get my system up and running for what cold or warm weather comes in the future. My ducts got vacuum and washed. Unbelievable how much dirt there was. Thanks for a great job.

The tech, Adrian, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. My AC unit sits on top of a two story roof and it is highly dangerous to climb up there. Adrian climbed his ladder atop of my roof saw my unit’s coils were dirty and needed a good scrubbin’! He climbed down his ladder to retrieve his hose. He hooked it up to a bib nearby and climbed back up to the rooftop and gave my coils a rub a dub scrub. It smelled so good in my home like bubbles, I loved the care my unit was receiving. I highly recommend Goettl and believe they have an asset of an employee / technician. Thank you for doing things the right way, not the easy way!

Alex arrived early to do a water heater maintenance check and was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me. He let me know about potential problems but was not pushy or tried forcing me into getting things I did not need yet. He went above and beyond to fix some minor things and again, explained everything very thoroughly while being friendly and courteous. Thank you for your help Alex! This man deserves a raise!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Goettl and I recommend anyone who needs air conditioner or plumbing help to use them. When I am ready to fix the issues Alex brought up, I will definitely be calling them.

After using a competitor for years, we gave Goettl a try because they offered after-hours services for no additional charge and they were able to come out to service our system the same evening. They advertise heavily in our area which is why we tried them, fairly desperate for help with a broken air conditioning unit. From start to finish, our experience with Goettl has been awesome. Our tech, James, was knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly. Our repair took two days, which allowed James to befriend our dog, and our dog is not an easy friend to make. Every step of the repair process was explained thoroughly and the actual cost of repair came in lower than the estimate they gave. If you have a choice, choose Goettl. We’ve joined their membership program for continued maintenance and I will recommend them to everyone I know. When you live in the desert and your air doesn’t work, you need someone to trust, and we’re so happy we can trust Goettl. Thank you to Brittany on the phone and especially our tech, James.

Yearly flood inspections with bathroom under sink lreplaced/faucets. Philip was real professional and explained everything at a normal level to understand, not over used big words to the customer. Worked with me on affordable prices. I would recommend Philip to my friends .

Had a toilet leak right before leaving for work. Called Goettl, made the appointment and Alex Mojica got here right on time. Alex was amazing and made me so happy I went with Goettl as opposed to any of the other plumbing companies out there. He’s knowledgeable and thorough. Did things the right way and his work was clean. Technician Scott is helpful and very honest with his business. The company seemed to have very good communication with main office due to when I asked him something— he reached out to office to get an answer.
Instead of guessing or pretending.
He was helpful when he helped find manufacturer for my warranty as well.
