my a/c died the day before fourth of july because life be like that, and they sent a guy over with a portable a/c unit for us to use until they could get us actually fixed a few days later. who does that? crazy good service. Jonathan is hands down the most thorough technician I've had. He opened up stuff in the a/c that I didn't even know existed because everyone else just trucked up to the roof and told me a price. i knew i was going to have to replace the whole unit (it's 2 years younger than i am, lol) and i have confidence these guys will do it right.

Regular servicing of ac units is very important as it ensures optimal performers. I use ICE Heating & Cooling for this and the results are always great! I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Really happy with their service. Their repair guy fixed our AC and topped up the refrigerant. It's been cooling quite well since then. Will use them again. Highly recommended!

ICE installed a tankless water heater and water softener system for us last year. We recently had issues with the water softener going into the "regen" cycle on its own. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly with Zach in the office. Sam came out and was able to address the issue for us quickly and efficiently. Thank you ICE! I had ICE scheduled to do regular maintenance on my tankless water heater in the barber shop.Sam was the tech and was awesome. He communicated exactly what he was gonna do before starting and how it would impact us.
While waiting for the system cleaning to run, he found an issue with my dryer vent and knocked that out. Sam is a first class professional and definitely stood out from other companies I’ve used in the past. Great Job!
