Air Choice was introduced to us through a home warranty company when our high efficiency furnace failed at the beginning of the season. I looked at their reviews which gave me a comfortable feeling. This 5-star review starts with the communication with their office about scheduling and updates. Their customer service was excellent, as we were even contacted after business hours. As noted in many other reviews, Carlos is excellent (5+stars). He evaluated our furnace, explained in detail about the problem (showed me and explained about the flame pattern) and his concerns and answered in detail all of my questions. I immediately felt comfortable talking with him, as I always have many questions and follow up questions, which he answered in detail. I never felt rushed as if he needed to be somewhere else. Even though our furnace needed to be replaced, he was able to get our old furnace to work until the new one arrived. Carlos and team removed the old furnace, installed the new one and explained the operation and work completed. We will be calling Air Choice for both heating and AC preventative maintenance in the future. We Highly Recommend and Thank Air Choice for their help and service.

I had some other company come out last yr to replace my blower & they didn’t hook up a wire for the air conditioner. Fast forward to yesterday when I tried turning on the air it didn’t work!! Carlos came today & saved the day!!! I thought I needed a new unit & he could of told me I did (I wouldn’t of known if I did or didn’t). He reconnected the wire & cleaned the air conditioner and just like that I have air!!! Thank you so much Carlos!!
