This was a great experience. My call to request service was answered quickly and the technician (Carlos) arrived when I was told to expect him. He was very professional and personable. My furnace had stopped working and Carlos explained the problem, discussed the cost to repair it, and had the furnace repaired and running quickly.

I highly recommend Air Choice Heating and Cooling, p and I will be using their maintenance services for both my furnace and air conditioning system going forward.

My wife and I have had an excellent experience with Air Choice. We replaced our furnace and air conditioner after our old furnace died. Pricing was very competitive with the other estimates we received, and customer service has been excellent throughout.

Carlos is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He did an excellent job explaining our options, and we are very happy with his installation of the new equipment as well. We would definitely recommend Air Choice for your HVAC needs.

Carlos and his team from Air Choice were given the job of replacing our air conditioning through our home warranty. Our home warranty did a really bad job at ordering everything but Carlos and his team constantly kept us updated with the status of our install. They went above and beyond what was required to help us fight with the home warranty company. In the end we got exactly what we needed and wanted and it was for sure because of the help from Air Choice. Their install was quick, quiet, and very clean. We already know we will be using them when our furnace breaks. Thanks again for all the help!!!!

These guys are fantastic. Both Carlos and Roman had excellent customer service and were extremely knowledgeable. They always find a way to get me an appointment quickly and they show up right on time. We will always use them for anything HVAC related. Highly recommend!!!

I’m extremely happy with our choice heating and cooling. They help me for a month dealing with my home warranty insurance that was not approving my claim. It starts with the front desk that called them every day to try to figure out the claim and get them going. Plus Carlos who maintain contact with me throughout each week making sure that my family was OK. This is honestly the best customer service/Company I’ve ever dealt with. They are honest in everything they do. You would be dumb to not give them your business. It will not steer you wrong.

I found Air Choice through my Home Warranty. I have to say they were great at helping with my issues. My air went out and they didn’t have any openings but sent a tech, Carlos, out after hours to look at my system. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a good job inspecting my system to determine exactly what the problem was and explained everything to me. Unfortunately, the Home Warranty did not cover the problem, but Carlos worked with me to come up with a cost effective solution. Air Choice and Carlos re-worked their schedule to come out the next morning with the required parts to get me up and going. Since it was a 90 degree day, it was greatly appreciated that I didn’t have to wait days for the fix. I would highly recommend Air Choice, and Carlos, for any of your HVAC needs. They put the customer first!

Opened a claim through Home Warranties of America. They were quick and out to my home within two hours. During the time of covid-19 the representative wore a mask and was respectful of social distancing ( father is immunocompromised and was concerned about that). Carlos ( I believe was his name) was quick and thoroughly explained what was occurring with our system and tips to keep the heater working at optimal level. Will definitely use them in the future even without Home Warranties of America.

Just received a new heating system from Air Choice. Carlos was very personable and accommodating. He took time to answer all questions and followed up after the installation to see if we had any concerns. I would totally recommend Carlos and his team for Heating and Cooling needs.

Very satisfied with new furnace. We've had Carlos come out the last 2 winters since purchasing this home to service our previous furnace. It was old and cheap, but he was very familiar with it and able to fix it quick for a fair price both years. This winter we decided to just finally replace it. Carlos was able to quote us for our new one and replace it all on short notice. I'm actually excited for the winter now.
