I have felt 110% confident purchasing both my heater and my AC from Patriot. They have been helpful, friendly and transparent all the way through the process. We also have used them since we bought our home (2018) for their maintenance plan. Definitely makes us feel confident and secure.

Installed a new furnace, AC unit and whole house humidifier. Bill was great explaining our options. I didn’t feel pushed at all on purchasing the premium options. The tech who diagnosed our problem was great. The installers were prompt, polite and did a great job. Explained everything so thoroughly. Overall, great service.

Alex was thoughtful, thorough and informative in helping us make the best HVAC choice for our 1920s house. He did extra homework and was able to get us a more efficient system too. Greg was also great on the installation side too. He was kind and courteous while I worked from home and when my kids came home school. He took the time to show me the basics of the new system, maintenance, and upgraded thermostat. Thanks, Patriot!

Patriot did a great job at my house for my new equipment install that we had. It was the heart of July and 100+ degrees outside,they were out to my house within 3 hours.. exceptional client service! Very pleased!

Micah was fantastic. Really appreciated him taking the time to walk through my questions. I wanted a second opinion on my HVAC and was super happy that he put everything into perspective looking from my point of view. Took the time to go through my questions and educate me a bit on my options so that I was empowered to make the best decision for me.

I recommend Patriot for all your HVAC needs. We had been using them for maintenance and they were always professional and easy to work with. Right before Christmas we had a check-up for our furnance and Patriot found it was leaking gas. After realizing it was too costly to repair our 20 year old furnance, we asked for a quote for a new one. Alex came out to our house immediately even though it was after 7pm a couple days before Christmas. He walked us through our options and was able to get us on the schedule to get a new furnance installed the very next day since Nicor had to turn off our gas for the leak. The crew that installed everything led by Tim were great and worked so hard to get us back up and running. Tim took his time to explain everything to me and make sure we didn't have any questions. When I had questions the next day I reached out to Alex and he called right away to explain. Patriot might not be the cheapest option out there but it is nice to work with quality people and know they will stand by the products.

Genuinely nice people who really know their stuff. Ran into a few complications with the way our house was built. They figured out great solutions on the spot. And their solution ended up being simpler so they reduced the price without me even asking. Alex did the original quote and was great. Mike and Reese did the work and were just as great. And the owner Bill is hilarious. The classic “take your job seriously but don’t take yourself too seriously” kind of guy. Lots to love about this company.

Absolutely love our inferred garage heater! We spent 9 years wanting a heater for our garage, we finally went for it! How did we go this long without it??? We’ve used it every single day since install. The whole process with Patriot was quick, affordable, and easy! Highly recommend them!
