I have been a customer with Patriot for the last 2 years. Yesterday, my furnace stopped working and I spoke with Bill, the owner. We decided together the right furnace for my house and it was installed at 9am the next day by Chad. The new furnace is working great and keeping us warm. Thank you again Patriot for being there for your customers. I just love you guys.

This company is amazing! I noticed my AC wasn’t working at 6pm tonight; gave Patriot a call and spoke with Bill. Within 45 mins, Gabriel, my technician was at my house. This is my second encounter with this company this summer, and I will continue to use them and refer them as I have already done. The technicians are professional, efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend Patriot Heating and Cooling services. We have had them out to service our furnace and A/C system, and have had them clean our ducts. We have had a great experience with their trustworthy techs and top notch service team! Update : December 2019- my wife surprised me with a Patriot HVAC installed garage heater for my Christmas present! What a great gift idea for anyone who uses their garage for hobbys or anything else! Great install work and couldn't be happier in my toasty garage!!!!

I just had a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater installed by them and then had all my vents cleaned. Patriot has been an extremely reliable source for me and my business. I have had issues with electrical problems in the town of Batavia several times which cause issues with my HVAC unit. When that happens, I call Patriot without hesitation because I know they treat my business with the same type of sincerity and urgency I do when something goes wrong. Patriot is the best company out there. I have never had a company that was as honest and reliable as they are. Every time they have came out they have done the job right, explained everything they were doing, and never once did they try to sell me anything that was not needed. Patriot came out to my home on a Sunday. My furnace had taken a turn for the worse. Within 24 hours my furnace was replaced and they did a great job! I shopped this service and they were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They were right where we needed which was fair. I appreciate the professionalism and quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone!

I started off with another company and was having an awful experience with the service and their contractors knowledge. Patriot Heating and cooling came to the rescue !! They provide the best customer service, are very professional and knowledgeable! Josette was very helpful and friendly getting the appointment set up, and Alex came by that day to diagnose the ac unit problem that another company’s contractor diagnosed wrong the first and second time! Alex explained to me what was going on with my AC unit in terms I could understand and provided recommendations. He then made sure to squeeze me in their already busy schedules (and with a 90 degree weekend right around the corner) to have my ac replaced and be good to go. The gentlemen that were here to replace and test the new unit were very professional and since I work from home, conscious of that too as they were in and out of the house .
