Patriot Heating and Cooling made everything so easy from start to finish. Our AC and furnace were original to our house and 20 years old. Alex met with us first to discuss what we needed and explained everything easily so we could understand since we had never done anything like this before. There was no pressure or feeling like we were being “sold”. Mitch, Greg and Zach care to our house the next day for the instal. Everyone was kind and mindful of our dogs from running out of the house as well as our daughter running around. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Patriot really DOES provide exceptional client service! They have always exceeded our expectations. Their staff and technicians are the best. It's also nice to know that they are back round checked and drug tested so I really feel safe when they are in my home.

Patriot came out and did the spring cleaning of our air conditioners. One of them had a blown capacitor, which they replaced. Once they had everything up and running, they sat down and went through some recommendations, as we have 15 year old units. No pressure to do anything now. Bill and Josette have built a great team and I would recommend Patriot to anyone who needs service.

My heater gave out on a very cold night in december at around 8pm. Bill was very friendly and helpful on the phone. He was able work with my schedule and dispatch Tim who was in the area. Tim was very professional, found the problem quickly, and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate the extra effort and how smoothly everything was handled.

Faith and Jake did a great job cleaning out our dryer vent that had gone way too long without a cleaning! Service was friendly, efficient, and the price was reasonable! Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Had Gabriel come out to repair furnace - he replaced flame sensor...$369.00 1 week later same issue! Alex ( salesman) get on phone to talk down to my wife and myself ... preparing us “ that it may not be same issue” and sure enough Tim comes up with a completely different “issue” Gas valve ... approx $800. Asked for a quote on a new furnace. Tim calls Alex .... again talks condescending “ what is a good time when your both at home” told him we don’t BOTH have to be here... drones on and says it’s about an hour of information so we like both home so “they” don’t have to repeat themselves. Was done at this time and asked him to cut to the price range .... “ $4700-$8300” !!!!! Bottom price almost double 3 area companies ..... and yes apples to apples to replace an American standard freedom 80 single stage furnace. The arrogant tone of Alex is what blows me away! After I said we were done ....Tim just leaves doesn’t put doors/cover back on furnace. So disappointed as I heard good things about them. Any salesman worth his salt would have realized that I just spent almost $400 a week ago for nothing. -stay away from Alex and Patriot

Update: Bill White ( owner) called and threatened me, this is a response from the owner is nothing more than libel. A pathetic response to try to have me take down a poor review. Police have been called -response screen shot and will be forwarded to my lawyer.

What a great experience! This company knows how to take care of its customers.

After purchasing my home, I had Patriot out to clean and service my HVAC systems. The technician was fantastic. He arrived on time, was careful not to leave any mess, was very knowledgeable, and communicated his findings in a very informative and educational manner. I felt very comfortable discussing the situation.

He cleaned the system and was able to handle a small issue he found. All was done in a timely manner. Being so happy with the experience, I decided to join their annual service and cleaning program. They have since come by to handle some cleaning and maintanence, and I was just as happy as the first time they provided service.

I also was able to talk with the owner, Bill, to determine how to go about improving the air quality in my home. He had many suggestions and solutions for my home. It’s great that Patriot is so much more than just a HVAC cleaning company.

Long story made short, Patriot is a very professional, service-oriented company. I couldn’t be happier, and have come away extremely impressed with all they have provided... not just a clean, efficient HVAC system, but a peace-of-mind, knowing that my home and family have clean, quality air in our home.

Patriot Heating & Cooling is the best! Bill and his team are truly focused on customer service and it shows in their work. From start to finish, they are very detailed in their evaluation and recommendations. One of the things I like most about them is that they don't try to sell you something you don't need -- or can't afford. They will work with you to find the best possible solution for your situation and the best possible price. Love this team and I highly recommend them!

They are AMAZING! You are being warned this is a long one so you can truly understand how amazing this company is. The beginning of the week we got a new washer and dryer. My husband noticed abundant amounts of heat after use of the dryer. Being the google king he came up with the possibility of a clogged dryer vent. So I immediately called a company. They came out and due to the location of laundry room on second floor were not able to reach external due to insurance but confirmed that was in fact a clog. They kindly recommended another company. This second company came out the next day and within 15 minutes of trying to clean the duct discovered a shocking discovery of the pipes being disconnected resulting in the heat and lint from our dryer being blown into our walls!!!! What a scare since fires of this sort happen and destroy homes. They were so kind as well and recommend Patriot. After dealing with two days of this I was beyond emotional so when I called them and explained the situation to the extremely kind and caring receptionist she went above and beyond to ensure I got someone to come out immediately. In comes Gabriel to the rescue. He is and installer for the company and was beyond helpful. He confirmed a disconnect of the tubes and was able to come back to do the repair the next day. Again I'll use the word amazing. He was able to do minimal opening of the drywall to get to the problem and discussed the process and assurance that all is well. I will not be able to thank him and this company to have gone above and beyond for my family. I will recommend them to everyone who needs heating, cooling and air duct service.

I used This company because of the reviews I read on Google, however I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service I hired them to clean my air ducts the package included cleaning and checking my furnace. I called 3 times before the appointment to ask some questions to the number provided on their website and they answer right away, I even called and advice them that no one was going to be home the day of the appointment and wanted to reschedule the appointment, the wife of Bill the owner told me that there was no way to reschedule and that if I cancel the appointment the cancellation fee was $100 so I decided to keep the appointment. They came in and do the work supposedly. After they left my house a couple of hours after the appointment was scheduled the wife of Bill called me to collect the payment, I told her I was going to call my dad who was at the house with the workers to insure work was done. I then receive a call from Bill the owner asking if I already submitted the payment, I said yes. When my husband and myself got home and started checking the work they have done, we found out that everything was the same I called 5 times and no answer!! I have pictures of the poor work of any that they have done. I am waiting for them to call me back, I am reporting this business!! Wouldn’t not recommend this service at all!! Very bad service
