I've used Patriot Heating & Cooling for years and they never disappoint. They clean my dryer vents, installed my new AC last year when I couldn't get anyone else to schedule a visit and maintain my AC and furnace each year. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about Patriot! They are available 24/7 and their service is amazing. They repaired our old A/C after hours. We decided a couple of weeks later to get a whole new system. They came out, gave us an honest opinion and quote. The installation was scheduled quickly. Their maintenance program is a must to get too!

We've been using Patriot for the last few years. They're very thorough with their AC/Furnace cleanings and they're honest without trying to nickel and dime you. Every technician has been great. More recently, Keith and Joe came and cleaned our vents after some renovations. The amount of stuff they pulled out was incredible. They were friendly and very professional.

Our furnace stopped working over the weekend. We called Patriot on a Sunday and they had Keith come out right away. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Fast, friendly, and super helpful. Once we decided to replace the furnace, Mike and Micah installed the new one the very next day! They were so nice, worked quickly, and as a bonus, our dog made two new best friends. Bill and Alex went above and way beyond anything we could have expected between helping us decide on a furnace and financing it, and we are so grateful. They took good care of us, and are just quality people. Fantastic company who we will be very happy to give our business to for many years to come. They are a Veteran friendly business, too! Highly, highly recommend!

What an exceptional team! I connected with their team based on a recommendation as our existing HVAC company told us we needed a new AC. Alex, walked me through options on ways to proceed forward as I wasn't willing to take our companies word plus I learned things about air conditioning along the way. We aligned on calling their service line which I connected with Bill after hours and they had someone out bright and early the next morning. We were lucky enough to have Micah inspect the unit with exceptional quality and patience of a saint to answer every question we had. Micah, thank you for quality inspection and thorough check of our AC! We will be switching our business to Patriot Heating and Cooling moving forward, thank you for being trustworthy and providing quality services!

Today, Patriot came out for a regular service - the process was smooth, polite, and professional. I especially appreciate that Micah answered all my questions in such a kind and helpful way. We had a new HVAC installed by Patriot a few years ago and have been using them since - we've been very happy with the price and service.

True professionalism start to finish. Micah, Mike, and Reese did a great job replacing our furnace and AC. Answered all my questions and were very thorough. Very detail oriented and worked efficiently. Not only are they great at what they do, but even down to how personable they were with me as the customer was exceptional. Alex was a pleasure to work with and on two occasions he was on the phone with me after 9PM answering questions and helping me work through different options as this is a long term investment. He provided one of the highest levels of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Top to bottom these guys were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service from start to finish. Micah came & evaluated our furnace. Even discover our builder used a refurbished furnace instead of a new one that we thought we received. After giving me my options I decided it was best to replace the furnace vs repair such an old unit. Within an hour Alex came and went over all my option. He gave great explanations to all my possibilities. My new furnace was put in the following morning by Mike, Reece & Greg. They were very efficient & pleasant to work with. I have already referred them to friends.

Although I didn’t get to use this company (I am out of their service area), I did have the pleasure of speaking with Bill, the service tech on duty at 7:30 tonight when I called.
What a wonderful experience to speak with such a knowledgeable, thoughtful, courteous and professional person.
Bill took the time to speak with me about my furnace issue, discuss the pros and cons of the various options and to provide me with another company that was in my service area that he trusted.
If Bill is representative of the company as a whole then I would think that any customers that are unfortunate enough to have an hvac problem but are fortunate to be in their service area should definitely give them a call.
