The team of Sam, Greg and Jake left after installing a new HVAC system to replace our prior units died on Friday. The first technician arrived 15 minutes earlier and the other 2 gentleman joined him once he had begun to dismantle the systems. It is now 8:30pm and the job is complete. They never lost their drive to finish the job and updated us along the way as each step was completed. The units were tested then we were given a run down of the new units. They cleaned up after themselves. I’m very happy with the quality of work, communication and timely installation. I would highly recommend

When I had my regular yearly service on the furnace for the upcoming winter, I found that my water heater had started leaking and was no longer working properly. Tim was able to get the Patriot team scheduled and out the next day to replace my water heater. Tim did a fantastic job getting the regular service done but also got the water heater all disconnected and ready for replacement. Faith, Mike and Sam came in and got us all set up with the new tank with no mess. I am very glad to have found Patriot heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are also a great company that supports great causes like breast cancer awareness month and the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. Thanks for the service to our home and community!

I had no idea what happened but our heating and AC would just NOT turn on.
Patriot came out and spent ALL DAY tracking down the issue and was able to get it fixed. Due to the fabulous warranty and the guys that came out (Micah and Greg, I'm looking right at you) I am now set for our crazy Illinois weather. Very much recommend for their professionalism, communication, and determination to get to the root of the problem.

These guys were great! They were able to install our new furnace and air conditioner within the time they projected it would take. Alex did a great job explaining all of the options and the team was very professional and kept me apprised of their progress. They guys were very friendly and took the time to ensure that any questions I had were answered. Great job!

I've been using Patriot for years now and love this company! Always on time, honest, professional, skilled, and polite. Micah was able to install a new humidifier into a house that was clearly plumbed and wired by people that had no idea what they were doing. Figuring out how everything works in my house to fix things is hard enough - but to improve it is above and beyond. Thanks Micah/Patriot for your efforts and we will be using this business for all of our HVAC needs so long as we are in this area.

I receive regular HVAC inspection and cleaning service from Patriot. And I'm always pleased.

Monday, I was having hot water issues, Patriot quickly came over assess the issue and on Tuesday I had a new water heater installed and the team was quick and took great care of me.

I appreciate their fast, friendly reliable service and that they are a locally owned business.

We had our air ducts cleaned and Patriot did a great job. They were professional, courteous and prompt. They were very clean and careful inside our home. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Great company! Started using Patriot 2 years ago for regular maintenance. Our A/C units were very old and not worth repairing anymore. There was no sales pressure, just up front pricing and information. Had the A/C units replaced and the installers did an excellent job! Our furnace died and needed immediate response during these cold winter days. Patriot came out same day and we had a new system installed within two days. The entire experience was professional, timely knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Both repair and replacement options were presented in a no pressure environment. When we decided on a replacement, Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were making an informed decision on our new HVAC system by clearly explaining all the technical aspects. Even though the team was supporting other clients during the process, we felt as if we were their number one priority, even though we were only first time customers. Patriot Heating and Cooling came to my house and did a outstanding job on cleaning my ducts. We have a German Shepherd and the hair from him was unreal. Zach and Jake were so kind and professional and worked so hard to make sure all the ducts were cleaned and sanitized. I will use Patriot all the time for my hvac needs. Love Patriot!
