I cannot recommend Patriot enough! This company is so personable, and the employees never cease to amaze me. Everything is so personalized and they are always available no matter the time or the situation. Alex, specifically, has been so helpful to us on multiple occasions and really takes the time to sit down and hear you out and give you exactly what you need. He is so thorough in his explanations of things and does not try to upsell you in anyway. We have a contract with them to come and service our heating and cooling seasonally, and it is always such a pleasure to interact with their employees. Everyone is so kind. Their prices are so reasonable compared to their competitors. Over the past 6 months, we have had a new furnace and new air conditioner installed by them, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Most recently we had the furnace installed, and Mike, Reese, and Jake were all awesome! So professional and kind and very timely. Alex gives people his personal cell phone number, and really makes you feel like you matter. As a family of police officers, we also really appreciate their support of law-enforcement and the discounts they provide for that. Literally everything about this company is great and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to Patriot for everything.

My HVAC unit quit working on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I called several companies but Patriot was the only company willing to go out of their way to answer a late call. We decided to replace our aging AC, Furnace, and water heater units. The next day Patriot sent a team of professionals to do the install. Great experience with this company and I would highly recommend them!

We couldn’t be happier with the service of Patriot! We have previously used them for duct cleaning and remembered them when we had an issue with our humidifier leaking. When we called, they walked us through how to stop the leak and then came by the next day - even working around our schedule! They sent texts of who was coming and their arrival time. Tim helped us identify our needs for the humidifier and found our water heater was also having problems. Tim came back the next day to replace the water heater and humidifier. He answered all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and made sure everything was better than when he started. We will definitely be using Patriot in the future!

On time, priced well, great communication and did a great job, Would highly recommend! By the way if you've never had your ducts cleaned out before I would do it asap, you have no idea how horrifying the amount of dust builds up that you end up breathing.. I'm so glad I did it..

NOT TRUSTWORTHY and UNAPOLOGETIC!! We were a subject of the companies error due to their employees causing SIGNIFICANT water damage to the first floor of our home while they worked on a neighboring home by using OUR outdoor
water line. (Which they should NOT have been using OUR water for their work, we weren’t getting service from them) NOT once did I get an apology from anyone in the office or the manager Bill White. The field employees decided to use our outdoor water line for whatever reason and left it on for approximately 2hr while we were away for the morning. My wife got back and found them square handed with our water on outside, instead of using the neighbors water. I’ve been trying to get the company to pay for the damage and collect insurance info and sadly the “owner/manager” Bill White keeps referring my calls to their phone taker. We should not be liable to go through OUR insurance since they were the direct cause of the incident. This heat and AC company now is forcing me to pay my 1300 deductible plus my premium raising for the life of my policy cause of the claim I would have to file because of their delay in attempt to fix the problem. I guess their VALUES of “doing the right thing” doesn’t apply to victims of collateral damage caused by their employees. Who AGAIN, should NOT been using our water line to begin with. I’m assuming this joke of a company is going to try to avoid paying for their damages. Thus I would never recommend them to my worst enemy if they can’t fix their obvious mistakes I can’t imagine what they would try to avoid if I was an actual paying customer. My first floor is approximately 40% damaged along with walls and insulation.

We had a water heater fail and they were able to respond on the same day with a new heater and work with me on the price a bit.
