Alex was one of the best person I could talk about my furnace. He was very helpful and explained me everything and spent with me a lot time to be sure I got what I need and answered all my questions. Our inductor fan crapped out and we were able to get a tech out later that day to replace the faulty part. Zach promptly came and diagnosed the issue and then ran out to a parts store to pick up the necessary pieces. He essentially had to piece together a new unit because the ready assembled unit wasn’t available and the house was getting colder. Within an hour he had the old inductor unit out and had rebuilt a new inductor unit from scratch. We are impressed with his technical skills to be able to build a unit so quickly. Highly recommend.

This company excelled in every possible way. All the employees were professional, kind, and informative. They got me set up super quick with a new AC unit within juat a few days after my old one crashed. They were also super accommodating with my tight schedule to get the new unit set up before I had company over on the weekend. After being taken advantage of with maintenance repair costs by a different business it is very refreshing to have an honest company to rely on. They even fixed some esthetic things to make the unit and hose look nicer. I appreciated them so much I referred my parents to use them for their home HVAC maintenance too. Shout out to Tim, Zach, and Alex for rescuing us from the heat, my kids ((& dog)) are happy, cool, and comfortable now 😊

Every team member, from the owners Bill and Josette, to Keith in service, Alex (former technician) in sales, and Mike and his install team, were incredibly kind, thorough, helpful, professional, and timely. Within the same day as our call, Patriot was able to secure the parts we believe we needed for our inherited 16 year old system, and completed a service call to confirm the diagnosis. Ultimately, we chose to replace our system, and Patriot installed all equipment the next day. We appreciated the efforts by the entire team to rearrange their schedules in order to tend to our need. We chose Patriot based on Google Reviews and being a Rheem Pro. The strong reviews were well deserved. We chose to stay with Rheem based on the thorough assessment of our current system by the Patriot team and their belief in the product that, with a proper install and maintenance, many more years should be garnered with the new system. We wish we would have found Patriot years ago. Rest assured; look no further than Patriot.

This company is incredibly dishonest. I ask you Bill why you feel the need to be dishonest in your response to the negative review you received. Your "technician" Micah told me it would be a 15 minute pop into his car to get some numbers and ended up being in my driveway for 45 MINUTES without any updates. He stated he doesn't know exactly what's wrong and threw numbers around from $700 to $7500. I also would like to know why you boast that you answered my call personally at 1:30 in the morning as if that isn't the standard of your company, a 24 HOUR business to make their customers a priority. We even had another company come out and within an hour we had working heat, the technician walked me through the process and was incredibly professional and even said that the Patriot technician was incorrect in his "diagnosis" and stunned at the amount of money quoted to us from Patriot. I would strongly recommend that anyone do thorough research and even get a second opinion before choosing to trust this "family" business, as they tried to take advantage of a young woman and her family and gaslight our experience with them instead of honesty and an apology.

When we woke up on one of the coldest days of the year with no heat and 3 young kids, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find someone to help us quick enough and it wouldn’t be safe for us to stay at our house. I called Patriot Heating and Cooling’s 24/7 line and woke up the owner, Bill. He was amazing and had someone out at our house ASAP. Thanks to him and his team, my babies only had to bundle up in front of the fireplace for a couple hours. Bill even called afterwards to make sure everything was still working great and check on us. We are so greatful for their help and making this stressful situation so much better. We highly recommend this family owned business.

Excellent service and value. I will continue to use Patriot. Nice polite friendly and profesdional. Good value competitive pricing. They also installed a natural gas fire table on my patio outside.

Over the last 6 months both our AC and furnace went out. Patriot is incredible -- they had someone there to get it looked at within hours and got each system replaced within a few days. The customer service and attention to detail is fantastic. I highly recommend calling Patriot for your heating and cooling needs!

The best! I called them at 7:30AM and they were at my home at 9:30AM. Zach called when he was 30 minutes out and I also got a text that he was on the way with a photo of the tech to expect. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the part with him. Problem was totally fixed within an hour. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will definitely be calling them for any service in the future.
