My parents heat went out at their home yesterday. I was having a hard time finding a company that could come out quickly, and my mother is disabled and needed to be in a warm house immediately. Patriot heating sent a technician out within a few hours and he had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. Gabriel called me on his way there and as soon as he completed the job. He was kind, very knowledgeable, and made me feel like I had definitely chosen the right company. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Had a technician do a diagnostic inspection on a furnace that quit working. Got to admit they were on time as promised, but from there things went down hill. The technician said he was not sure what was wrong,(with the current diagnostic tools they should be able to pin point the issue) but I would need to replace many parts with 3 options starting at $780 $1700 and $3500-7500 for a new system. Then I was told the parts that I might need are available now but because of the supply chain issue I might not be able to get them later(keep in mind we still do not know exactly what the issue is. I felt as though I was talking to a used car salesman from the 70's. Needless to say, I paid the diagnostic fee which was a farce, Called a more respectable company and had heat in less than an hour for $129 fee. All I can say is, always get a second opinion and check out the negative reviews there is a lot of truth to them.

I could not be happier with my experience with Patriot Heating and Cooling. As many find out that their ac breaks when it is 90 degrees our, so did I. Called them, their technicians came out and fixed the problem at reasonable price and fast. No lingering, diagnose and fix at a fair price. They came when they said they would come, so all expectations were met. Technicians are also very knowledgeable and explain what the problem is and why and future maintenance. Sticking with these guys!

My husband called Patriot at 6 last night for a second opinion after we were told by another company that our ac system wouldn't take refrigerant due to a blockage in the coil and we needed to buy a new ac pronto. We had no complaints about our furnace but were told we might as well replace that too. Chad from Patriot was here at 7:15 am and talked to me about the ac in language I could understand. He presented himself as a professional and knowledgeable technician, not as a salesman trying to upsell me on everything he possibly could. He was honest with me in his diagnosis and suggestions of what he would do if it was his home. He saw my system was still low on refrigerant so he added more(after the company last night added 2 lbs and then told me that wasn't the issue as their gauge readings were still off). He was up front with me in that this is not a long term fix and it would be worth it to get a new system soon, but should be able to get by awhile longer til we are ready to purchase. I know who we will call to have it installed. Our air has never worked well and hasn't been able to keep the house cool in summer months. If our thermostat was set at 70, it would be upper 70's in the house on a day like today (84 degrees outside). We were told a couple years ago by another company this was due to poor roof ventilation. I got home this afternoon and first thing I noticed was how cool it felt inside. My house was 70 degrees! My air has never worked like this since we've lived here. As you can tell by my lengthy review, I can't say enough how happy I am with Chad's service and I'm so glad I was referred to Patriot! Honest, fair, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

As the director of a nonprofit, working with community minded businesses is key. Patriot Heating and Cooling Services not only helped when the furnace went out, but also gave amazing service, quality product and treated our staff and patients with respect. We would have been lost without them! I'd recommend Patriot all day, every day!

I had them out to give me a second opinion after another local company had told me I needed a new furnace immediately. Patriot did a thorough inspection of my furnace and verified that my furnace was fine and I didn’t need a new one right away. The tech was honest, polite and knowledgeable.
