Alex from Patriot Heating and Cooling came out to my home today for a clean and check. I am always surprised at how knowledgeable and nice the Patriot guys are. This was Alex's first visit to my home. He showed up on time, with shoe covers to keep my home clean, and went well above and beyond expectations. He was exceptional.

He quoted me a price to replace 2 capacitors, explained what was wrong, why he recommended changing them and when I go the invoice it was exactly what I was quoted. Also, I tend to forget to have the clean and checks done but they call me to schedule which I appreciate.

Super fast response when we had a heating emergency. Super thorough and great staff. My husband loved them. Joey and Bill are always checking in and super involved in the community. I love how I can count on Patriot and know they are a phone call away. So many companies don’t answer their phone or even return a phone call. This family focused business is on our phone favorites for sure!

HONEST REVIEW: I work in construction myself and I wanted to work with someone with no BS. I had to replace my AC and Furnace. Alex came to my house and walked me through every inch of my systems. He gave me straight forward honest answers and also talked it over with my wife. So far so good, but the real test is when the installers came. The installers we had were Gabirel and I believe Zack. Gabriel in particular was amazing. Both installers have been installing for years and Gabriel just like Alex walked through every step with me. Install went great and showed me everything when it was completed. The owner I believe Bill even showed up at the house to make sure all was good. Im sure there are a lot of fluff reviews out there but this is an honest review coming from a blue collar guy in the trades. Hands down best HVAC company. I will use them forever.

Bill White from Patriot Heating and Cooling Services Inc. came over and serviced my furnace/ air conditioner. He went out of his way to remove some of the weeds around my compressor and walked us through every step on keeping my furnace/air conditioner in top condition. Patriotic is a very professional and family orientated company. I am happy we found them.

We had our ducts cleaned as well as had a new EcoBee thermostat installed by Patriot Heating and Cooling Services. The experience was great from start to finish. Thank you for being on time, being professional, and for the amazing recommendation in the EcoBee!

Our furnace went out on a Sunday afternoon in January. Patriot answered the phone and immediately sent Alex out. Unfortunately our furnace hit the end of it's life for us when we weighed out the expense of repairs, how much longer we plan to own our home, and the cost of a new system. Additionally we needed a new AC as well so we decided to bite the bullet and do it all at once. We had already researched AC prices for the past 3 years so we knew what was competitive . Their prices were in line with our other quotes for AC's so we decided to go ahead with it all even though we weren' t expecting a furnace replacement and didn't research furnace pricing. The staff laid down tarps on our carpet and worked through the night on our system. They even made suggestions on making our system work better for us in terms of our venting ect. They were all polite, knowledgeable and available for any questions. I would highly recommend Patriot. They also offered us financing options as well.

I recently had Patriot install a new AC unit for my home and I couldn't be happier. The techs were courteous and knowledgable. The new unit is quiet. There is also a noticeable difference in how much cooler and more comfortable my house has been - even with the extreme heat and humidity.

If you state the truth online they will try to lie and discredit you. They quote high (try to sell you packages you don't need) and claim their equipment is superior when it's the same. Was harassed on a public social media group by the office manager at this location. Inappropriate behavior and unprofessional attitude. This will always lose you business.
