If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They misdiagnosed an issue with my furnace and almost cost me an unnecessary $2000. They charged me $80 for coming out to tell me the WRONG information. We got a second opinion from another company, we come to find out we just needed a new igniter that the guy had in his truck and fixed in 20 mins, it was no where near $2K. When we called to tell Patriot that another company fixed our issue and that they misdiagnosed the problem they would not give us our $80 back. I understand that they charge a service fee, but to misdiagnose the issue and possibly cost us unnecessary money is just ridiculous. No service was offered, why should we have to pay the fee, we deserve to get our money back.

I came home a few weeks ago to a house with no heat, I almost immediately called patriot, Bill was super friendly and helpful and told me they would have somebody there shortly, sure enough Gabe the super hero showed up right at time and had the issue figured out and a temporary part installed that would give me heat till the one for my furnace showed up and would come back and install the proper one. While installing the correct part he found a leak in my furnace that would cause gas to leak into my house, I’m so glad and thankful to him for finding it. After finding this he of course had to disable the unit and put me in touch with Alex, their equipment guru, he looked at the house we talked about options and helped me pick the best option furnace for us. He never put any pressure to buy anything else if I didn’t want to, and after finding out my wife was pregnant he was able to get us in first thing Monday morning, their install team, I believe mike and Greg had the new furnace in and running in two hours while I was at work and now my wife’s biggest complaint is that it gets too warm! Haha. I’ll never go with another company after my experience with patriot, they saved my entire household with their expertise and do diligence. I am beyond thankful to the entire team they have.

Gabriel called on his way, was timely and extremely friendly. He was very helpful and informative to explain the potential easy upgrades for our heating system, and left us with options to consider. He was quick and honest! I will definitely be calling Patriot again. They have gone above and beyond their competitors in the long run by providing services with integrity. Thank you!!!!

Patriot Heating and Cooling came out to clean the duct work to my furnace. I have to say they did a fantastic job. The techs that came were so friendly and nice. They were so careful making sure everything was protected when providing this service. They even showed me before and after pictures of the ducts. It’s amazing what ends up in your vents. I feel so much better knowing my family is breathing cleaner air. Thanks Patriot!

Patriot Heating and Cooling is terrific. I have had a great experience with them. Their techs are punctual, knowledgeable and always friendly. When I recently had troubles with my furnace they were quick to respond and even brought space heaters so my family could get by until they could get the correct parts. Thank you Patriot! When our furnace went out on Saturday it was determined that it was time for a replacement. After a call to Patriot, Alex came out that afternoon to provide a quote-the process was seamless! We then scheduled the install for Tuesday and Chad and Zach came out to get us up and running. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic-so courteous and focused on ensuring we were happy with what we got and the installation. So happy to have found Patriot! Thanks everyone!

The supper affordable price ($49) for a system check was enough for my husband and I to schedule a visit with Patriot- but the service call with Tim is what will keep is in the Patriot family for years to come. Wow! What a great company. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and just had a full system AC/Furnace check performed by Tim Jones. Not knowing what to really expect our first time around, we had lots of questions. Tim was extremely helpful and had the patience of a saint! He took his time and was very thorough. We have two young boys that he was great with as well- it truly felt like we just had a family friend over! Wen going over his reccomendations there was no pushiness whatsoever for future services and we were left with great takeaway information. Thanks for a great experience!
