Justin came to service my Lennox Unit and help diagnose issues with my S30 iComfort Thermostat and hub.
Well, if there were more than 5 stars I would give them.
He was extremely knowledgeable and beyond competent. Took care of and solved all issues.
In addition to the above he was polite and very professional. A credit to your Company.

Had a few other companies before finding the Cooling Company for our A/C and Heating tune ups and we have found that The Cooling Company is very good and reliable. They just installed my 2 new systems and they did a great job. They tried to keep things as neat and clean as possible and took extra time vacuuming and cleaning after the install was completed. They had both units up and running in a few hours and everything seems to be going well. Very good company!!

The Cooling Company was amazing to work with. They have great customer service and are very responsive when I called. Their technician did a great job and was very professional, thorough and identified an issue with my system that would cause it to go out over the summer if not repaired. A/C Tune-Ups from The Cooling Company are always on my list of things to do before the heat of the summer arrives!!
