Four Elements Service Heating & Cooling

Had an issue with our thermostat and called Four Elements Heating. Spoke with a field service person who advised us on next steps. They promptly called us to schedule an appointment for the next morning which was what was convenient for us. George came out and quickly installed a new and updated thermostat. They were very professional and explained everything to us and ensured we had no further questions before they left. We really appreciated their professionalism and great service. They are amazing

George was great to work with. I have a furnace that’s near the end of its life. George diagnosed and explained the issue clearly and reviewed with me different options to get my heater back up and running. He also explained to me my options of replacing my furnace since it’s nearly 25 years old already which I appreciated. He was respectful, cleaned up after himself, and communicated clearly.

George came today to perform annual maintenance on my furnace. The system is 15 years old and he did a great job of cleaning the furnace and explaining options if I wanted to upgrade. No hard sell or list of expensive items that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend. just copy past two ones

Wonderful very professional service with reasonable rates. I had another company come out to fix it but started experiencing the same issue again. I called Four Elements and they had a repair guy same day and fixed it. So for any heating and cooling service I would definitely go back to them again.

I was assigned this company by my warranty company for an issue related to ducts . A technician who I would call incompetent and unprofessional turned up and WITHOUT even inspecting the ducts in attic called it an issue with the material and the way they were installed as he just guessed . He was more eager to collect the copay and said he cannot check more , wherein they are supposed to as others come to fix issues and not just do the guess. In general this contractor seems to be incompetent and scam and please ignore , definitely in our do not recommend list

George is always pleasant and upfront about costs. I feel confident trusting him with all out HVAC needs.
