Richard, our delivery driver for our equipment is such a pleasure to deal with. He is helpful and patient. He has always done his best to accommodate us with offloading equipment and space constraints at our shop. Thank you Richard for being so easy to work with. Unprofessional and condescending staff. I came here for an AC blower motor. After staring at his computer and ignoring me for 15 minutes i very kindly and politely showed the guy behind counter what i needed. He looked at me and told me to get out of the store because i didnt look like i had an HVAC license. Dont waste your time in coming here unless if you want to be treated as subhuman. Amazon has everything that you need.

Being an owner of an HVAC company in Las Vegas comes with its challenges. But one thing Infinity Heating and Cooling doesn't have to worry about is being taken care of with great service by Leonard, Ivan, Jeff, Dan and Gavin. They all make sure orders are placed properly and filled in the right amount of time, that questions from my office/ technicians are answered with knowledge and confidence, deliveries are scheduled, and parts/equipment are inspected for damage before providing material to us. I would like to thank them all for the hard work they provide for us everyday! We are glad to have you and thank you all for helping Infinity Heating and Cooling reach the highs we are at!

Very Unprofessional, obnoxious, defiant, and condescending staff. Our Agency called yesterday to ask for a specific product and we gave detailed description of the only item needed, included specifications, quantity, and item code. The person who assisted us today, Leonard Torrejon, was not only rude and lacking of common sense but also needs to be trained intensively on Customer Service skills for which he is lacking of. He continued answering back demeaning comments and trying to have us purchase a total different item for the double of the price. We had to continue insisting over the same item description and price given yesterday over and over. He kept mocking us and that was to me totally unacceptable. We will refrain from ordering any other products from your business based on this ridiculous poor service experience. Treating the customers with less than respect it is not good practice for any business and it is very sad that we have people in front line positions with such low IQ.

I am at Ferguson almost every week day and I deal with Ivan and Jeff. Both have great customer service and can answer any question you have. Highly recommend to all HVAC companies.

Don’t bother. They had exactly what I needed right there on the shelf and refused to sell it to me, because I was a homeowner. The employee at the counter couldn’t even give a recommendation of a supplier that would sell direct. The worst part was his rude and dismissive attitude.

Save your gas. Amazon has everything they do cheaper.

Ferguson dropped off two 500+ lb a/c units in front of our driveway, blocking half of our street, without so much as knocking on the door or asking for a signature. There was no information on the boxes as to the company that left them, but after researching (which took them an hour), they realized they needed to come back and get them (with a forklift!). When they returned, I asked them if this was normal to just leave $10,000 of equipment without any acknowledgement (we never even knew of this company until today), and the driver was very defensive and a complete jerk! He argued that this was normal, and that they aren't even blocking the whole driveway, and told me to stop complaining. I told him the packages were almost 600 lbs each, and he argued that they were only 500+, and that he can move them himself. It was annoying but satisfying to see him eat his words when he had to call for backup to push them towards the forklift on the truck bc they were too heavy to move. Him and his associate were swearing and acting ignorant the entire time they were removing the units, and one was parked on the corner of the block and appeared to be smoking marijuana. Stay far away from this company!
