Super Service Cooling & Heating

My husband and I woke up to a warm house due to a non-functioning AC yesterday morning; not a fun way to start a Monday! A friend had recommended Super Service, I called them at 7:00 AM to see if they were available to take a look at our unit, and a tech named Michael was to our place by 9:00 AM to give us a diagnosis. We had a broken fan motor on the AC condenser unit outside. He also pointed out that our furnace/air handler insides were rusty. He told us he could repair the fan motor and get it running again, or we could replace both units. Considering ours was the original unit from when the condo was built in 1993, we opted to replace everything. Michael made a call to the office to see when it could get done (as when living in Las Vegas in the summer, time is of the essence, I was anticipating needing a hotel close by for the night), and to my surprise, they had what we needed in stock and were able to do it the same day!

Less than two hours later, Ranier and Anthony were at my door to begin removing the old stuff and installing the new! Rainer and Anthony did an incredible job; they worked efficiently and effectively. While they were getting ready to carry out my old furnace, I asked if I could get in there to vacuum out the area (I’m sure 30 years created a bit of buildup), and Rainer said he would vacuum it out for me! About 6 hours later, everything was in and working, and I could feel the cold air coming out of my vents again! Not only did I have the two new units, but it also came with a 10-year warranty, a new thermostat which Anthony installed and programmed to notify me to change my air filter every three months, one year of free maintenance (which they will call me to schedule) all for a very fair price! They were even patient with me when I said I wanted to remove the unit cover and put it back on myself (since it is a different method than I was used to doing to change my air filters) and showed me the proper way. The whole process was seamless; everybody on the phone and in person was incredibly friendly and professional - they even sent emails and text confirmations so I knew when they were on the way; I was even able to work a full day from my kitchen table with almost no interruptions! Thank you, Super Service; you truly live up to your name!

Juan was excellent. While he was doing the service on my system, he explained everything about the system that I did not know before, and he himself is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He gave me several tips on how to increase the efficiency of how I use my system. Best tech and service I’ve had. Have signed up for their yearly service, and will use them as my service in the future. The office contacted me on several occasions to inform me of where my tech was an approximate time that he would arrive. That is a very appreciated service. Extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received.

Our experience was excellent with this company. Knowledgeable and gave great information in regards to filters. They came out day I called and it was late in the day. No pressure as they did not try to sell us a new unit like the company we had early that day. I will definitely refer them to others. Thank you for being honest and reliable. Hard to come by these days.

In the middle of a freezing night, our heater stopped working, leaving us in distress. I contacted Super Service the next day when they opened, and they were able to send someone out the same day! Wendell arrived and resolved the problem quickly and effectively. We will undoubtedly utilize their services again in the future.

We have been customers of Super Service for 8 years and when it was time to replace our 4 systems, naturally we called on them to do the job. Don is always helpful and gave us a great package price along with duct cleaning.Ranier, Noel, Anthony, Angel, and Angelo were the install crew and they did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly, skilled and cleaned up real well. The receptionists are always friendly and thorough. It's hard to find good Contractors that's why we are really appreciative of the attention, care and Service we get from this company.

Great company! They were very professional and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end. Their technician Harland came out and he had a lot of experience and explained everything about the service and repair that needed to be done and also told me what to expect based on the age of my unit. I used this company for AC vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. We just bought a house and did a lot of renovation on it, I feel the vent cleanings are necessary. I got a quote from the office and they were able to give me some deep discounts after talking about my needs. Angelo and Angel came to the house on time and worked on those vents for almost 5 hours. They were professional and friendly. Would recommend.

These guys ALWAYS deliver. I've used them to replace my AC unit, my furnace and to maintain all those appliances. When I needed an emergency repair to my AC in the middle of summer, they weren't just the lowest price, they did it same day. Great experience every time. 10/10
