I've been using Ability Air for years and they are always prompt, professional and HONEST. How many AC/Heating companies can you say that about? I go with Ability Air, even when the quotes from other companies come out lower, because I know I can rely on his work and the estimate charges don't magically balloon on site.

This company has replaced A/C units at my primary home and my rental home and they have also worked on the A/C at my place of business. The service is always prompt. The quotes are always honest. The work is always top notch. The real kicker is I use this company to refer clients from my business when they have A/C problems. I have heard so many stories back from my clients that align with what I just stated - it is almost unbelievable. In my opinion this company is one of the most honest companies in town and as such I no longer get a 2nd opinion when it comes to my air conditioning. Why bother when you know you're working with the best.

They have replace both of my A/C units in the last 5 years. They were both over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. The price of the new units were very reasonable. Service was fast. I have not had any problems with the new units. I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend them!

I was amazed of how quick Ability AC came a fixed the AC unit. It was a problem for me as it was making a huge noise disturbing the neighbors and not letting me sleep. Their promptitude and excellence of service had me impress. There has not been a problem with that unit at all.

Issue was found w/ an AC at 6pm in the evening... about 2 hours later it was fixed thanks to a call to Ability Heating & Air. Great service, personality, speed of service and professionalism. Will be taking advantage of them for some overdue for maintenance this fall for sure.
