My experience started with Jose Valencia he was very steadfast and pleasant to deal with. He drove way out to my property just to inspect my current system, and he REALLY INSPECTED IT. It wasn't a plain, yeah. You need a new system kind of deal. He explained and showed me all the current issues with my then system, then provided me with options of repair and / or replacing its entirety. I opted to replace my system and within a week I had installers out and working with a brand new system they installed everything and did it very well they did not skip a beat. They even took time to explain the small details of what they were doing and why. Absolutely GREAT EXPERIENCE.

They came a day after our furnace a/c blower broke. JUSTIN came at 6:00pm to do the diagnostic check for our a/c system. Stayed till 9:00pm for full inspection. Justin gave all possible options and best suggested options for our home make it it easy for us to decide what is best for our a/c system. We then decided to have them install a new a/c system and just like that, they came the next day for a 7 hour job. ROB DAIS came 7:00am the next day to get his team come that day. He was attentive, responsive, and professional. Installer CHRIS ROVIAN and his partner were very professional and highly skilled. Clean work flow, neat and proper job installation. New reinforced copper lines, new furnace, and new Lennox a/c unit. They will finish till everything is properly completed. Price is high, but I would rather cry once installing high end quality products and highly skilled professionals who will finish within hours.
Comes with 2 maintenance checkups per year. I would like to have Justin again to have our hvac system checked up.

My heater stopped working. I called a different company who said they could replace the motor for $800 and they didn’t thoroughly examine anything. I called Sierra for a second opinion, and thank god I did. Jose came out and looked at my furnace. It was 28 years old and in rough shape. He found a hairline crack, things not up to code, etc. I bought my house 3 years ago not really knowing the history. After a detailed explanation and email to me including videos and photos of severe damages I decided to replace the furnace. My ac was also 20 years old, taking the old freon. This was my second concern that during the hot summer I would then be suffering without AC. After speaking with Jose i decided on replacing everything. Glad I did. Other company came out with an estimate $3k more and that’s without even opening anything or any investigation. Sierra had a better price, and came out the NEXT DAY. My installers was Hugo and Mario. They gutted my HVAC system, brought everything to code, and were very respectful of my house and of my family. I got a smart thermostat and the way the furnace was in order to change my air filter I used to have to lay on the floor like a mechanic to get under the vent. They built it up for me so I have easy access to change the filter and no longer need to do that. When the job was complete I sat back and cried. You don’t know how much heating and ac means to a family until it is not working. All I can really say is that I am grateful. Thank you for running a legit business, and thank you to Jose, Hugo, and Mario. I no longer need to worry about these things for another 20 years at least. Thank God for you!

These guys have been fantastic. We bought our house in 2019 and previous owners had pieced together the AC/heat system using parts from different years and duck taped the whole thing together. Getting it replace took a day, no fuss, no muss and reasonable cost. They are quick to respond if I need them (once) and always make sure to do the maintenance checks. Daniel was great today but every rep we have had has been fantastic!

We are so happy with the service. We have a baby and our A/C stopped working, so it was very important for us to get it fixed right away. We called first thing in the morning and Francisco was able to fix it the same day! He was super efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Great customer service! Shawn Ferguson helped us with the scheduled maintenance of our system. In addition, he explained to us how our system works- including the normal values of the readings. He took time to answer our questions and made sure we understood. When asked about products Sierra offers for better air in the house, he discussed several options with the pros and cons. He installed air scrubber the same day and completed the job on time. I highly recommend Shawn Ferguson with the highest customer survey rating. Thanks Shawn.

Sierra plumbing service is the best of all, as I see it. but that's not all. what makes a fine job, when people work they need to have the heart to do the best work they can to make them shine and that's what it takes to build a company. I had a leak in the garage and when they finished the job, I checked their work of course, this is the second time I used Sierra for work I needed to get done. and they have a service man by the name of George that takes his work very serious, when I looked what he had done. I could not believe my eyes, when you look at plumbing it's something you have seen many times, but this young man works to perfection, it looked like when a painter finished one of his best works. I am not one who takes work lightly, It better look good and it was beyond what I expected. this owner of Sierra Plumbing should be glad to have such an employee that cares so much about how his work looks when he is finished.

We definitely made the right decision to use Sierra Air when our old a/c -heater stopped working. Their customer service is beyond impressive, we called in the morning and they had a technician, Joe Mendoza, out to us by noon. After inspecting the unit he came back with several options for us to review from a quick fix to a more extensive cleanup. Our unit was 23 years old so we decided we wanted a price to replace it. Within a 1/2 hour they sent a representative out, Ryan Hernlund, he quoted us a couple options and we choose one. Their technician, Ismael Cano was here the next day, crane and all and we had a new system by the end of the day. Everyone was so professional and very diligent we couldn’t be happier!!!

I have been working for Sierra Air for 5 weeks and have been terminated for unknown reasons.
However, I can definitely recommend Sierra Air. They provide the best services thanks to their thorough training program. The amazing people at Sierra Air have changed my life for the better. I know they can change your day for the better.

Sierra was great. There were two parts on my existing water heater that had failed. Ruben gave me a number of options and quotes. We decided to get a new water heater. He was able to come out quickly and get the installation completed. Everything looks good. The experience was easy and friendly. They were even good with kids.
