Joshua Cervantes is a great AC technician. He went the extra mile to fix an air flow problem. He also shared several before and after videos of his work. Great job!

Scheduled an appointment and Izaac was the one that checked or inspected our air conditioner. He is very pleasant to work with.

From estimate to completion, everyone I worked with at Sierra was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If you need plumbing services give them a call.

Needed start assist kit which is a less than $60 for part and took less than 15 minutes to install. I get a 15% discount and still had to pay $598. I believe in making a profit; but I feel I paid way too much.

Our home was built five years ago never had the heating and A/C serviced. When a fine white film seemed to coat everything I thought it might be the heating system. When the technician came out he cleaned and checked the system thoroughly and took pictures of all his work which he shared with me. After talking with him I know believe that my humidifier is the cause of the white film, not the heating system. I was using plain tap water in the humidifier. The technician also offered me ongoing maintenance at a very fair price so the entire heat and A/C will get regular maintenance. In Las Vegas, that’s essential.

Had Tyler come assist another technician, Shawn on the 17th of November. He was awesome with his customer service. He introduced himself with a strong handshake. He explained my winter service simple and offered/suggested options on my units with no sales pressure. He followed up as promised today to replace a part that was not available on truck. His personality makes you feel as IF you are his only customer. I appreciate that kind of service. Thank you Tyler!

Finally! I found an A/C company in Vegas that is knowlegable, reliable and trustworthy. Tyler showed up on time, explained everything in common language so I could understand and the price quoted was the price paid. When it's time to replace the units I know who I'll be calling!

They replaced 2 old HVAC units and installed new York units. They were extremely polite, put on buttie every time they came in the house, cleaned up[ after themselves, and did a wonderful job.

Dan showed up and quicky installed the new thermostat. The entire process was wonderful. He even provided quick training on my new device. Thanks!!

UPDATE APRIL 2023: We gave up. We tried and tried. No one calls back. We canceled the $25 per month maintenance plan, and not only did the girl OTP not care, they still continue to bill us. It’s a sham of a company. We even told them to have the owners call us, and they wanted to put us with a customer service manager. We’re done and there’s better HVAC companies who want your business……Original Post: If it weren’t for Tyler working there (who has now moved into a leadership role) we’re just not sure we would use them. They also installed the equipment on our new build home. Their scheduling is chaotic. They call to schedule, reschedule, reschedule the reschedule, then cancel. They also tout a non existent referral program. I had two people to refer, that I could never do, nor get credit/referral fee for, so I stopped referring (and also thinking more clients for them means more rescheduling for me!) I always suggest folks use referrals, so just ask your neighbors who they use. I’m going to wait and see how Tyler moving into management goes, and how a new service guy will be. UPDATE: Their lame reply is to call them. When you call that number it will either ring endlessly with no answer, roll to a voicemail system to leave a message that will never be returned, or if you do get someone - she says I'll have someone get back to you, that never will. We just had a "free" inspection done on our water heater, where we were supposed to get a follow up email/call. Nothing happened. How about you give us the name, email and phone number of a direct person?
