100% Satisfied with the responsiveness, service and technician. Sierra Air was recommended by a neighbor who gave rave reviews. Needed an A/C check-up/tune-up. Robert was my technician and he was fabulous. He explained what he would be doing and kept me informed of each stage of the check-up. After the check-up was completed, he reviewed what he found and made suggestions to ensure the system would run more efficiently. There were some items to be adjusted, repaired and installed. Once the parts were in, Robert returned in about a week to complete everything. I appreciate Robert's patience in answering my questions and making sure I understood what was being done and when. He was professional and diligent in performing the work. I also appreciate Sierra Air keeping me informed when to expect the technician and alerting me of who was actually arriving. I will be recommending Sierra Air to anyone that needs HVAC maintenance or service.

Andres Valdez was very professional and helpful. He explained what he was doing and showed me the issues I was having and explained what it does and his recommendations. He was very thorough!! Sent me pictures before and after the part was replaced. Highly recommend him to continue being my assigned service technician for my routine maintenance from here on out. Very hard worker! Woke at 4 am on July 2nd to a home temp of 82 degrees inside (100 outside!) and climbing! Darn A/C was not cooling! Called home warranty (rip offs!) and they couldn't (wouldn't?) come for 6 days! NO WAY! The A/C unit we had was over 16 years old and in Las Vegas, I think that's like dog years, they work so hard in the summer. So my hubby called Sierra and they came out the same day to diagnose. Meanwhile we stayed with a friend because the inside temp raised to 92F! The day after Sierra came they installed our new unit, went up into the attic, got rid off all outdated material, etc. and now we are cool and we have peace of mind. They installed it in 1 day. This new unit also uses a smart-type thermostat that I am NOT smart enough to use, so after I called Sierra today, they sent out a tech right away to help me figure out the settings and what we had done wrong with regards to the new "ecobee" phone app! His name is Thomas Naporsky and he is quite remarkable and possibly the NICEST of ALL service people I have dealt with in my 72 years of living! He was knowledgable and patient and very kind. My husband was also impressed with Thomas. Any company wise enough to hire talented, sweet, decent people like Thomas definitely has my trust and my business! Joe and all the installers were also awesome but Thomas was a total ray of sunshine in an often dark world. He cares about his job and about people! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SIERRA! and STAY COOL! ;)

Justin did a thorough check of our air conditioner units and recommended installing hardstarts in the outside units and replacing the zone dampers in indoor ducts in our attic. Our air conditioning comes on quickly and the air is more powerful. We appreciate Justin’s knowledge and hard work.

Justin, our tech, serviced our 3 AC systems. Turns out we had a failure on one of the systems. Justin spent literally 13 hours diligently working to zero in on the source of the failure, called in another tech for assistance and by 10:30 pm he fully corrected the problem. Talk about perseverance. Justin is a true professional and single handedly gives Sierra an excellent reputation. Thank you, Justin, and thank you Sierra!!

Daniel Muntifering was fantastic!! He was very professional. He asked several questions to understand my history with other companies I had used in the past. He took his time making sure all the units were functioning properly. He explained all of the things that he observed AND I received a follow-up email. I'm so glad I found Sierra Air!!

We pay for their monthly service membership and a few months ago had them come out for an inspection. Now screws are missing from the outside AC unit. I called and the woman I spoke to was rude and condescending. She said "I highly doubt he looked at the outside unit". I then told her we have a video of him out there on our Ring camera, but we shouldn't need to prove this with her implying we were lying. She then said yes, they look at the outside units but she still "highly doubts" they lost the screws. I am not paying for a $60 fee for them to replace the screw I'm pretty sure they lost. I have never touched the AC unit myself. This situation wouldn't have so frustrating is she had a better attitude on the phone too. We will be canceling our service with them.

Overall, a good experience dealing with Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing with an air conditioner replacement. We were presented several options for replacing our 23 year old, builder-installed a/c unit. We chose a more energy efficient option, at a competitive price.
The installation team was on-time, efficient, and considerate of our home while coming in and going out. However, they did a very poor job of cleaning up after themselves in the area of the installation - in the attic. A follow up view of our attic revealed a significant amount of debris and dirt left from the installation.
During the installation, the attic entrance had to be enlarged slightly. The repair and repainting was handled by H & M Unlimited, Inc., a sub-contractor retained by Sierra.
A small complication arose after the installation was done. In both instances Sierra was very responsive, communicated well, and took care of the issues.
H & M also did a first-class job. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and when the job was complete, our home looked just as it had before the work was started.
Sierra needs to pay closer attention to the installation details - where they think the homeowner won’t be looking.
