    UPDATE 4/2022: We continue to use Ambient Edge and they continue to exceed expectation and service. Jarred and another tech (an apprentice I believe) who's name eludes me were the latest techs to come to the house and service the Air Conditioning. Jarred and his associate took the time to inspect and maintain every aspect of the system, inside and outside of the home. As I've stated before, no need to ever call any other vendor to service our HVAC. Ambient Edge is it.

    UPDATE: We continue to use Ambient Edge and they continue to exceed expectation and service. Brandon was the latest tech to come to the house and service the heater and did an amazing job. His attention to detail and deliberate process allowed to him to locate some issues that if left unresolved could have caused major problems in the future. Brandon returned with the required replacement parts in a timely fashion that fit our schedule and parts were affordable and warrantied. No need to ever call any other vendor to service our HVAC. Ambient Edge is it.

    FIRST REVIEW: AC went out on a Saturday morning & the outside temperature was already 104. Called several other AC contractors & no one else answered. Not only did Ambient Edge answer, they had Chris J. on site in less than 3 hours & within an hour of arriving Chris had pinpointed & resolved the issue. Chris was professional, courteous, & explained everything. The cost was more than reasonable for an emergency service call & repair. I will definitely use Ambient Edge for any future AC/Heating issues.

    Replaced 2 each HVAC systems. Experienced initial installation issues with one of the units; however company was quick to correct and Jason (technician) was awesome. Corrected the problem and followed up 3 days later to ensure/recheck system! Very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything!

    Joshua was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He entered my home with shoe plastic covers which I really appreciated. He was clear in explaining what work he was doing and what things we needed to lookout for. We will definitely getting our units looked at by Ambient Edge every year.

    They no called no showed for the first apt. I waited for 5 hours and when I called them they apologized and if I rescheduled they would give me $20 off my $79 tune up. The 2nd appointment they came an hour early and my boyfriend let them in at 11am and my appt time was from noon to 5pm. I ran quick errand and was going to be home by noon. when I called to complain they lied and said the technician did call me and bo one answered? Do they still go to your house an hour early if you dont answer??? Then my boyfriend pays it and they didn't honor the additional $20 discount. I called and of course they said we will look into it. its been a week and no resolution. I called another company to make the repairs needed. I wouldn't waste my time on this company again!

    Brian seemed very honest in assessing our A/C condition. He also checked the condenser in the attic and took photos to show how badly it was installed. He really seemed to care about the condition and explained that it should be corrected as soon as we can. Brian was personable and loved our dogs, who also seemed to love him.

    Service tech needs to make sure that the unit is fully functioning properly before having client sign off on service. Tech had to be asked why unit would not turn back on after having a part replaced. Tech had to go back up to the unit and repair something.
