Jose was very thorough and did an excellent job. Well worth the money on the AC maintenance. I’ve called on Mojave before and they were just as good then as they are now. Highly recommend.

Jaime Castro just didn't tell us we needed to replace our AC unit. He is trying to see if it can be repaired first. Walked through everything with my husband. Refreshing that he actually cared about giving good service. HIGHLY recommend.

I was a customer of Mojave and never had a problem. We called on Friday June 30th because our system wasn't working properly. We told them it wasn't an emergency and we could wait until Monday. We were scheduled for Monday afternoon. I took the day off work because they were coming. In the morning they called me from a 928 number. I didn't answer because I didn't know the number. They left a message saying they were rescheduled my appointment. Never talked to me or my husband. Then they rescheduled it for Thursday. I find that very unprofessional. We called Bobs and they cam out on the 4th of July with no extra charges. Turns out we need a new coil. We are also replacing our furnace. Looks like you lost 10k and all the business I send to you from house flippers smh

I paid for the maintenance special and provided them the filter that needed to be changed. I couldn’t reach it myself because of the really tall ceilings. They did a wonderful job changing it out and cleaning up the vent and then checked the unit to ensure it was ready for summer. They also provided me with some education and tips for maintaining the system.

Kevin Rice did the air.conditioning tune-up and he, along with his partner Jaden Szelestey, took the time to explain and answer my many questions about the air purification unit available and Ambient Edge's VIP Club. Yes, I had the air purification unit installed. Yes, I purchased the VIP Club monthly membership.

Kevin and Jaden were very patient, helpful, courteous, forthcoming with their responses, willing to discuss options with my existing paired system (air conditioning and furnace), etc. Both took the time necessary to ensure that I understood what I was paying for and what is covered.

As a customer, I feel that Kevin and Jaden are honest and trustworthy. Ambient Edge is fortunate to have these two men on its payroll.

The man that come to us was very kind, quick and helfule. Our A/C wouldn’t turn cold. We called last night at 11pm and they sent someone out by 9am the next morning (with the option of immediate night repair for an additional fee) He solved the issue in an hour for a very affordable rate. AC is blowing very cold now. Thank you!

Steve and Chris made an awesome team. They are courteous and conscientious. They worked on until the new system was installed and running properly. We are very pleased with our dealings with Ambient Edge.
