Brian the technician was very knowledgeable and very professional, quick and you could tell he was very good at his job. Ambient Edge is a large well run business and they charge for this service. I've used them many times and have always been satisfied with the work.

Once they New there was a miscommunication with the new 24hr answering service, it was fixed and a technician was sent out on a Sunday morning and fixed our unit quickly!! Ambient Edge is an excellent company and follow through with their word. Integrity and honesty is honored by this company!The staff are all amazing!!

Mike was a professional. He was very thoughtful of the other tenant and did his work without disturbing their business. We all appreciate the service you provide and I will recommend your company to anyone who wants your services.

Daniel was wonderful, called to let me know he would be arriving 45 minutes ahead of time, was professional, courteous, and friendly. My only problem with the company was they didn't come on the first scheduled visit, another customer needed " major repair" , the same thing had happened to my friend the week before.

Very responsive and Very helpful!! Brandon was amazing, very kind and willing to figure out what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before he left. If I can I will definitely request him anytime we need someone to come out.

On Monday, August 1, our conditioner started blowing hot air. On Tuesday, August 2, Brian from Ambient informed us that we needed to replace our condenser, which was still under warranty. Also, on Monday, Mr. Sheridan began his second session of chemotherapy. Additionally, we wore a chemo pump for 48 hours after the infusion on Monday. After speaking with Kyle Evans of Ambient on Tuesday afternoon, we chose to purchase a brand new heat pump instead of just replacing the condenser. Mr. Evans was concerned about the heat in our home and personally purchased a portable air conditioner for our temporary use. However, after Mr. Evans left our home, we discovered the portable air conditioner was not operating correctly, so our home continued to heat up. On Wednesday morning, when Mr. Sheridan was to have his chemo pump removed, he was nonresponsive, and consequently I called 911 and he was transported to the hospital, where he was admitted. On the advice of the paramedics, me and our fur baby went to stay with friends. In the meantime, Ambient informed me the new unit would be installed at 9 am on Thursday, August 4. Thursday morning came with thunder storms, lightening, and pouring rain. In anticipation of installation being cancelled, I returned home, only to find the Ambient Edge installers, John and Dustin, pulling in behind me I asked if they were going to cancel and they said no. The crane operator was also contacted and informed installation would continue. Despite the nasty weather, the new unit was installed and up and running by 1 pm Thursday afternoon. Bella and I returned home, but Mr. Sheridan remained in the hospital due to heat exhaustion, and dehydration, combined with the chemo. He was discharged on Saturday, August 6, and returned home to a comfortable house. I realize this is a long dissertation, but I just can't say enough good things about Ambient. They are responsive, professional, and most of all, caring of their customers. I will continue to use them for all air conditioning and heating requirements and would highly recommend them. Ambient came out same day for us when our air went out.Brandon was Fantastic. He was very professional.and friendly.We will be requesting him in the future. Our system works Great! Definitely be using Ambient again and recommending to others!

Brian is Great!!! Knowledgeable and conscientious. He is the reason we stay with the company. The company's scheduling practice is the pits!!! Our appointment today was between 12-5. Brian showed up at 4:45pm!!! He didn't finish until almost 8 pm!!! So, for us as the customer, we lost productive time all afternoon and then lost our evening as well. If our system weren't so complex, we would find another company that has some consideration for their customers.

Our air conditioner stopped working around 6 p.m. the Friday before July 4. Of course. Rather than wait until Tuesday (who knows what time), we paid the $180 fee for overtime. Brandon Hernandez arrived promptly at 11 p.m., as he promised, and was professional and polite. The work was completed in a short time, and we cooled off quickly. Ambient Edge installed our air conditioning and heating system in 2018. The efficient service was the same then.
