Disappointed there were issues with my new ac/heat unit in less than a week of installation. The technitions that performed the initial installation failed to install the cover plate over the wires. The technitions were professional, courteous, and prompt. Jonathan was prompt in answering my service call. And resolved the issue. But I feel there should not have been a problem with a brand new unit.

Steven performed a yearly maintenence/inspection of my AC/heating system. He told me everything I didn't want to hear, but I knew he was being honest about the twenty year old system. He did a through inspection and confirmed just about everything there was that was going bad or was on its last breath. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need which other inspectors have done. He gave me options, but honestly said this is a bandage fix which might get another year of use if I was lucky and recommended against the repairs stating the money would be better spent on a newer system. Thanks Steven for being honest. Something we don't see much of these days.

Johnathon arrived earlier than scheduled with our approval, and he cleaned the filter and showed my husband how to keep it maintained. He explained everything he did and gave us the results. He also mentioned 2 options that we could install on our air conditioner. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole experience.

They provided me with his picture and a GPS location so I would know when he would get here. He called when he was 10 minutes out. Did a thorough job assessing the HVAC and gave us our options with no pressure or scare tactics. He was very polite and answered all our questions.

Our business air went out and we were losing product, so we called Ambient and they sent a tech out immediately. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in a timely manner. Candace in dispatch was amazing as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone or any company looking for a great
HVAC company.

We had a power surge issue and ended up not having any air conditioning and when I called and left a message I received a call and message from the company saying they could come out to check out the problem. It was after hours and because we subscribe to their program we were able to get immediate attention and regular rates charged. Highly recommend this company for the service and excellent customer care.

Working with Kyle and Ambient Edge has been an amazing experience. Not only is the product excellent but every aspect of customer service was professional and focused on us as customers. 395.00 to install a thermostat. I don't think so. I had them service my a/c they said everything was great. Then it stopped blowing cold air. They came back no charge and it starts blowing cold air again. They said it was the thermostat and it will be 395 to install it. I had already brought a new one and was going to install it myself. It takes 10 min to connect the wires. Takeaway a persons ac for a day and they think I will pay anything. NOT
