John and Joel with Thermal Services were great. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. Everything John was checking was explained to me for a reason. Very pleased with the service I received today. I'll be calling back when/if needed.

12/27/18 - Josh and Paul from the Plumbing side of TS were out today to fix my shower. They were on time, polite and courteous. They explained everything they were doing or going to do and why. Totally five stars!! Thank You!!

John the repair technician was great. He was able to explain everything without trying to “sell a system” to me and was able to answer all my questions. He left me knowing exactly what was wrong, what it was going to take to fix it and what exactly was going to happen. I really appreciated getting same day repair request and getting next day priority scheduling for a comfort consult appointment . Thank you!

Been with Thermal for years. They are always very thorough when performing maintenance and they service persons are always professional dressed, polite, and explain things well. I've tried other services a couple times in the past to compare, I've and always give back. The only reason I'm giving a for is because their products can be on the expensive side.

I am very pleased with Thermo Heating and Air, the technician arrived the same day that I called.. he was thoughtful, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. In the middle of a very hot summer I received an affordable complete Hvac system

The service tech, Cody, was very nice, informative, honest.

Technician arrived just minutes after I received phone call that he was on his way. Friendly, courteous, efficient. Checked out both A/C and Furnace. Cleaned out Condenser Unit with hose. Cleaned out furnace drain with Clorox. Asked if we minded the smell of the bleach. Okay. He finished up in about half an hour+ and told me everything was in good working order, and reminded me to change my furnace filter more often! We were very pleased with his work. I told him to take the rest of the week off!

Colton was awesome - he knew exactly what was wrong, explained everything clearly, and made sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. He was excellent - highly recommend! We

Thermal services is a great value. We have had a contract with them for several years and they keep our furnace and ac running well. They are true professionals who take time to make sure the work is done well and all small details are up to code

Tom and Josh were awesome. They were more than accommodating with my remodel schedule, allowing me to properly replace the floor under the new and shiny water heater they installed. A long time Thermal Services customer, but this is my first time using their plumbing services. Will definitely be my go to for any future plumbing needs!
