exceptionally rude counter help. I am the wife of a hvac company owner, and was treated like they wanted no part of my business. We will just take our business elsewhere, & I would advise others to do the same.

Very unsatisfied with comfort products. I have never had a distributor fail to provide warranty service on a product they sold.
Staff was very unprofessional rude and I believe just did not care thinking I was a small 1 man contractor.

I will never recommend or do business with this company and will tell everyone I work with whenever it comes up the bad service I have had with them
