    This rating is an average. I would give 5 stars to the technician. No stars for the company. He did a good job, was polite, and professional. However, Thermal Services gave us a window of 4-8 p.m. for service. After no one arrived in that window, no one called us. My wife called them at 8:15 p.m. They offered no apology or estimation of the time our technician would arrive. They explained their technicians were busy. She called again at 9:00 p.m. and received the same treatment. Finally, the technician called at 9:10 p.m. to say he would be there at 9:30 p.m.
