Matt was very professional and took the time to explain things that no other technician from any other company had taken the time to tell me about. Found out that my brother-in-law has been using them for some time and has the same good things to say about them.

I highly recommend Thermal air. Same day service is incredible. Colton was a super nice guy and very knowledgeable too.

The technition came in and figured out why the AC was so loud. He then figured how to resolve the issue. We are very happy with the results.

This rating is an average. I would give 5 stars to the technician. No stars for the company. He did a good job, was polite, and professional. However, Thermal Services gave us a window of 4-8 p.m. for service. After no one arrived in that window, no one called us. My wife called them at 8:15 p.m. They offered no apology or estimation of the time our technician would arrive. They explained their technicians were busy. She called again at 9:00 p.m. and received the same treatment. Finally, the technician called at 9:10 p.m. to say he would be there at 9:30 p.m.
