Extremely professional and very impressed with this company. Everyone did a great job communicating with us and all the expressed timelines of when the work would be completed was always met and in most cases done a head of time. Matthew the tech that did the majority of the work, I couldn’t speak more highly of his professionalism and his knowledge of his work. Will refer to others I know. Highly recommended.

I have heard nothing but good things about Thermal, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. When my air conditioner suddenly stopped working during a heatwave, I called Thermal and they were able to come out on short notice to diagnose and fix the problem.

The technician, Ken, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He patiently explained the issue to me in detail and outlined the options for repair. He was also very professional and courteous throughout the entire process.

I had some issues with my cooling system and they came out and fixed it without any hassle. They did what they said they were going to without jerking me around. This is maybe my second year having the subscription and the Thermal people have really helped me out over that time.

We replaced our HVAC system and sump pump with Thermal and have a monthly service contract. They provide maintenance checks for us semi-annually for our HVAC system. We have always had good experiences with Thermal and felt that we have been treated fairly when repairs are needed. We would recommend their services.

We have used Thermal Services for years. They have installed a new heating and air conditioning system for us in two different homes. Recently, I had 2 "emergency" situations and Thermal responded in a very timely manner and was able to fix my problem right away.

I contacted Thermal Services at 2:30 PM when our AC unit wasn’t turning on after winter. The house was 80 degrees! Ken was there an hour later and had the unit back up and running in no time! Ken diagnosed, repaired, and gave me a full walkthrough of my system by dinner time. Phenomenal job!

John showed up here and realized the problem right away. We were shocked, had several people look at this and had no clue. He corrected the problem and thanked for our business.
