John Suarez and his apprentice were professional and courteous. They we’re respectful of my property. I have always been impressed with all of thermal services professionals.

So Very grateful for Austin and Layne for getting my furnace up and working. They were both very professional and courteous. The job was completed without issues and I’m so grateful to have the heat working! Thermals the best!

So it was 8:30 on Saturday night the day before Easter and the AC was not working, temp in the house was climbing towards 80 degrees and I placed a call to Thermal Services. We have the Platinum plan and they said they'd be out. I was not thinking that they'd be out yet in the same evening but at about 9:50 the tech called and said he'd be arriving in 15 minutes. He was at the house as promised, extremely professional and had me up and running in about 20 minutes. I cannot say enough good about John Suarez and Thermal Services. There are other companies out there, but I will only use Thermal Services!

I have never had a bad experience with Thermal Services. For this visit specifically, John was professional, helpful, kind, honest and showed attention to detail. He had a working knowledge of my system coming in and immediately took action to resume cooling. I am working from home due to the pandemic and really appreciated his quick action!

Thermal has been incredible to work with from full install to annual maintenance they're super professional and helpful.

Amazing to say the least. From the gentleman who estimated the job, to the two fantastic installers, using this company was a great experience. They found discounts to help, they exemplified customer service by respecting my home, communicating through the whole process and starting and finishing when they said they would. Two months later: just received the free follow review of my A/C where the courteous young man checked to make sure everything was running as promised. It was nice because I did have him review the thermostat settings with me. This company is really the best!!!

I've been a customer of Thermal Services for more than 30 years . The company has been servicing my HVAC and Plumbing system ever since I bought my house. They provide the best professional people who are knowledgeable and thorough. They take the time to understand my concerns, answer all my questions, and never have to call back for a failed repair. They get it right the first time.

Take my most recent visit The company sent Joe to service my plumbing system. As a home owner I'm concerned about any plumbing issue I may have as some can be very serious. I generally look for issues but in this case, Joe discovered several issues I have because my house is over 40 years old and the plumbing code in certain areas has changed due to the change in technology. He suggest several ways to over come the problems. He answered all my questions I had in a way the was easy for me to understand. When he left I felt I had the best plumbing inspection I ever had and directions to solve some problems I had that would be easy fixes. I was a very happy customers as the problems I had were not as significant as I thought.

Jacob Reeve has done our annual plumbing check 2 years now. He has been very good to work with. He is focused and thorough. Last year he did extra and called the manufacturer for our toilets to help me get some info regarding the product. We did a follow-up this year and the results were good.
He has been very helpful and I hope to see him again. I trust his work.

5/1/19 Matthew Meyer came to do service on air conditioner. I had some questions and Matthew spent time explaining and offering suggestions.. He also spent time in the cold and dark putting up the cable for the AC. He is very polite and thorough and knowledgeable about his work.

John Suarez was our server ice technician and did an absolutely superior jobs in servicing our air conditioner. It hadn’t been serviced in several years and had significant cotton wood build up on the screens. John cleared the screen and did a thorough job of checking the components and recommending replacement of worn parts. We are very happy with the job that John did highly recommend John and Thermal Services.

I had my routine fall maintenance check and John did a great job, and was very thorough in his inspection of my system. I have an older unit that will need to be replaced soon, but he took the time to explain the issues at hand and to set my expectations appropriately. I will seriously consider them for my new HVAC system install, when the time comes!
