Great service and quick repairs. We had the tech come out on the same day we had issues and only an hour after we called. They have techs available almost all day and night so there no shortage of availability when you NEED someone. I would recommend them to anyone.

Colton did a great job resolving my AC issues. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Our AC was fixed within the hour and happy we decide to use Thermal for our needs.

Austin did another great job of inspecting our furnaces again this year. He was very professional and thorough and took the time to explain everything. I have used Thermal for the past two years and am very happy with the service and quality work.

Technician Erik Butler was on time and friendly. He listened to my concerns and went to work to complete maintenance on the HVAC system. It was great to feel cool again, literally. Two other techs were also on time and friendly, they were here to perform maintenance on plumbing. They were efficient and informed me of all the steps performed.. Great job Thermal Services.
Well, it appears the issue was not corrected by Erik, through no fault of his own, but his visit did enable Layne Derby (Asst Residencial Service Manager) to track down internal breaker thrown on outside unit and subsequent shorted wire. Layne was quick, he must have had a troubleshooting checklist imbedded in is brain (and hopefully my descript of issue). He nailed it down in less than 10 minutes. Thanks so much. It's frigid here

Holy Moley, I can home at 7pm it was 90 degrees in my house. Called around and was told by a few companies that it would be 2 or three days before they could come out. Called Thermal. Amazing customer service over the phone
They told me they would be out that same night!!!! I thought how much is that gonna cost?! By 10 PM the wonderful Mr. Colyon showed up. I think he had a halo on... it could have been just thr heat stroke... but what does it matter. He had us up and running in 40 minutes. For parts, coil cleaning and all his excellent care... less than $300!!!! At, 10 pm on a 100 degree day! And he didn't try to force sell anything. Just mentioned the services they offered. Spoke to Bill the plumbing manager and his follow up phone and his team did a great job build value in the services ...I would use this company again...they may not be the cheapest price but the do great work and stand behind their services

We called on a Saturday night and Thermal Services were out within the hour. Our technician, John, figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We would recommend Thermal Services for all your heating and air needs.

I have a service contract with Thermal Services, and I feel it is a good value. Their techs come out and service our AC and furnace annually. We also get priority service in the event of any issues. Techs are on time and are courteous and knowledgeable. We had a whole house UV air purifier installed this year, which has given me peace of mind during this pandemic. I definitely recommend Thermal Services.
UPDATE: We are still happy with Thermal Services. During a routine maintenance visit in December, they found a carbon monoxide leak, so we had a new furnace installed. The new system was in stock and was installed and operational within a few days of finding the leak. We just had our summer maintenance visit, and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I really like that they put on booties to work in your house and they leave everything neat. They all have uniforms and are well groomed and professional. It is a pleasure doing business with Thermal Services.

Colton was very efficient in fixing my A/C! He did a great job communicating what needed to be done and the costs. I would 100% recommend Thermal Heating & Air!
