Great company. Cody Gottula is a really good guy. Served me and my family on a Saturday no less. Figured out what was happening with our AC unit and had it fixed within an hour or so. Would trust them in the future 100%

I called late in the day when we had company and our A/C broke. Thermal Services sent a guy out that night; the appointment was at 10, he arrived at 9:30 and had us up and running shortly after 10. He really saved the day.

We purchased our Trane unit 9 years ago through Thermal Services and have had it serviced by Thermal annually ever since. They are professional & knowledgeable. Very satisfied with their continued service. Thank you Thermal Services!

A few years ago, I needed a new Furnace and Air Conditioner, the later had stopped and we were in an unusual stretch of 100 degree weather. I had two companies come and give me bids in the best top of the line equipment they could offer, in fact I decided I also wanted a Tankless Water Heater and a Water Softener. As one could imagine the price was high. The most pressing was of course the A/C. Those companies could not do anything for two to three weeks. I decided to try one more. Thermal Services was similar in price and said they could do the whole job the next day. Service after the sale includes they have service men whose regular hours are at night. So 24/7 issues are no problem.
Their staff and technicians are excellent.

John was hands down the most professional technician that we have ever worked with in all our years as homeowners. He was immediately polite, seemed genuinely concerned about our issue, and diligently got to work solving it. He was more than thorough in solving our problem, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. He explained everything to us honestly & thoroughly. We had John come out and he was amazing! He gave me detailed answers to all my questions. He was polite, professional yet personable, and very efficient. His goal was to take care of all our needs as well as all his other customers today. It made me feel secure that he would equally prioritize all his customers. We had a leaky toilet due to faulty gasket - we called Thermal and they sent two men to help us out on the same day. They diagnosed the issue quickly, quoted us the price to fix and got it fixed. They both listened to some of our concerns and asked good questions to narrow down what could have caused the issue. Great response and good follow up testing to make sure it was fixed. Thanks!

we will be signing up for a service plan. we really liked the response in an emergency. others would not come out. the tech did an exellent job. we were very happy.

I have had two recent experiences with Thermal Services; the first to repair our A/C and now, with our furnace. With record low temperatures we are seeing this week (Feb. 2021) now was not the time for our furnace to be acting up. I called and a technician was at my house the same day both times. This summer when our A/C was acting up, the technician was fast, went through an entire diagnostic overview of the system, and walked us through everything and fixed our issue. With the furnace, again, the technician was wonderful, he even spoke on the phone to my husband to answer his questions as he was not home at the time of the service call. Both visits were extremely thorough, quick, and the technicians were great to work with!

We know that the HVAC technicians at Thermal Services are the best in Omaha, including Ken who just recently completed the annual heating check for our furnace. We trust Thermal to do it right. They have our trust and confidence.
