John did a great job diagnosing, explaining, and showing me what was wrong with my furnace. He was easy to talk to, yet very professional.

Dean did a great job of showing me my options and helping me choose the right plan for me. He was also friendly and professional.

Bryan & Don did a great job installing my new furnace, as well as telling me the next steps they will follow to complete the finishing of my furnace, as well as the water heater & air conditioner installations. Both very helpful & professional as well.

Without this team, working together I would not have heat again tonight. I feel like I’m in good hands and appreciate each and every one on this team to make sure I get what I am paying for.

Both technicians (Layne and Matthew) were very friendly and courteous. They arrived at the scheduled time and went about there business promptly. They kept me informed as to what they were doing. Twenty-six year old furnace was having issues maintaining temp. Emailed Thermal early in the AM and got a call shortly after 8:00am to confirm my need of service. John was here by 11:00am to investigate. Allowed me to sit with him and work through his list of diagnostic review tasks. Determined that furnace was unfit for use and posed a danger to the house and our family. Another representative was at the house by 12:30pm to review options, which led to purchase of new HVAC system. It was no pressure sales pitch, helped me make the right decision for our situation and successfully financed the purchase. Install team was here by 2:30pm to begin temp installation, with full job to be completed on their return Monday (which will be following business day). Incredibly candid throughout the process, impossible turnaround times through each step, and professional installation. Would recommend the team to anyone that may need this type of work. Look forward to partnering with Thermal for warranty work and routine maintenance in the years to follow.

Replaced a faulty shower faucet. The technician, Josh, arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and efficient. He kept me informed of his progress. I highly recommend Thermal Services because of their competent and experienced technicians. I have used their services; heating, A/C and plumbing for several years.

John was out to work on our issue. He was timely, quick, and thorough. He explained all the details of our issue and solutions. Super happy we have the service agreement on the geothermal system in our home we just purchased. This was the 2nd time we had to have them out. Both times were better than expected.

Colton was very professional and answered all the questions we had. He gave prices upfront with what he would do if in our position. We will use Thermal again in the future!

Joe my service tech was great. He got the work done. I haven't been able to use my bathroom for a long time and I am happy to report after his visit I will be able to use it. Milton from Thermal Services was punctual and very courteous. He was also pretty thorough in servicing our unit and went over the work that was done with me. Overall pleased with his attention to detail in entering my home (with gloves and mask due to Covid protocols) and cleaning up after he was done. One of the main reasons I went with Thermal. Thermal Services came to our home for a plumbing check and did a GREAT job. The technician was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He made suggestions and offered to repair a couple items. I would highly recommend Thermal Services. Every encounter I have had with them has been excellent.
