Very pleased with the technician who worked on my furnace. The gentleman's name is "John". I could not have asked for a more professional and patient individual. He spent a lot of time explaining the problems & in offering me options for repair. I hope Thermal Services is aware of the great employee they have--he represents the company well !!

Recently, our A/C failed so, we called Thermal Services. We have a service agreement with them and have been very satisfied. They sent their Technician, John Suarez. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining what he was checking and was patient in answering all of my questions. He found the problem and was able to fix it immediately! Our pressure relief valve had blown and water was discharging from the hot water heater. Thermal called to let us know our technician, Joe, was on his way. He arrived on time and was efficient. He wore a mask, explained our options, and fixed the problem without wasting time or upselling. Joe was friendly and professional. He replaced a part and gave us a fair price. I am pleased with his service.

Our shower handle was stripped and no longer under warranty. Joe suggested we contact Moen and get free replacement parts, which we did. When they came in, Joe installed them and also an expansion tank for our water heater. He was done quickly, professionally, safely, and for less money than expected. He is polite and efficient. Again, very pleased with his service!

Paul, Jacob and Tom were awesome. We had some very bad experiences with another plumbing service and your team at Thermal services were so great in comparison. They were nice, respectful and they knew their stuff. I don't feel that they padded their time at all. I'm so grateful for their professionalism. Thank you!

My experience with Thermal was the best I’ve ever had! John, the technician was very thorough and walked me through everything that needed to be done to get our system up and running again. My husband was also pleased with the fast fix. All of the parts were on the truck so there wasn’t any extra ordering time. In this heat, that was huge! Thanks for the fast and friendly service!
