Thermal Services reminds me with a phone call when it is time to schedule summer and winter checks. I make the appt, Thermal calls 20 min before arrival, and Professional arrives in a timely fashion. Today ANDREW was here to provide my air conditioning check up. He explained what he planned to do and went straight to his work. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Stellar customer service! Thank you, Andrew, and thank you Thermal Services. I hope you know how lucky you are to have such a valuable employee!

John was fantastic to work with. He was very patient and thorough with his explanations of everything. He made several good recommendations and we ultimately decided to go with a full system replacement (our current one was 20 years old and not working that well) with Thermal Services. Other companies were similar in price but we chose Thermal Services because of the customer service.

Eric has been my go to guy for several years now. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and is willing to go the extra mile to do a great job! I trust him to do a careful, complete inspection of my equipment, and know that my furnace or AC will be working great after he leaves. He is a fantastic customer service rep and technician!! My technician John Suarez was fantastic! He was very professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything he was doing at every step of the way. He took the time to get my observations leading up to the problem, inspected the equipment inside and out. After a short period of time he was able to diagnose the problem and set out to get the parts ordered to fix it. He made a temporary fix and was able to reschedule another appointment for tomorrow afternoon when the part gets in. Great job John!

Having our air conditioner go out definitely wasn't ideal, but Thermal Services was VERY prompt. John, the technician, was very friendly, informative, and explained things very clearly. Once it was determined we needed a new system, Dean, the sales rep, helped us pick the right products for our home. We have had a GREAT experience, and I highly recommend Thermal Services.

Our furnace developed an intermittent problem with one of the blower motors and it needed to be checked. John S. came out and quickly determined it needed replacing and it took him no time at all to track down a new one and get it installed.
We have used Thermal Services for many years and have always had excellent service from them. All of their technicians have been friendly and professional over the years and John definitely continues the tradition!

I had Doug come to the house to determine where our water issue was originating from. He arrived on time (actually early) for our appointment! He was respectful of the virus issue and presented at the door with his mask on...thank you for that, we have a family member with asthma and trying to prevent exposure of outside contact as much as possible.
Doug listened to what I explained that i saw dripping from the exhaust pipe. He checked the issue out, when outside to look at the vent cap on the roof and determined that we needed to call a roofer. The issue is not related to the heating system or boiler. He then asked how the system was performing overall. I explained to him that we've had multiple people out to check the new furnace since it feel cold in the house when we have the heater on. He checked the thermostat out and did an adjustment since the reading was off by a few degrees. Their due to return in a few weeks for the AC maintenance, but in the meantime, try the heater again and see if the adjust seems to improve the house temperature. We've always been very satisfied with the Thermal team and the people they've sent to the house....Doug was a ROCK STAR!! He went above and beyond what he originally came out for, and was able to give direction with what we need to do next with the leak. Thank you and as always Thermal and their team is outstanding!!!

A/C went out on a Saturday late afternoon, went without it for two nights then called Monday morning. Service tech John came to my house to repair the unit in a short time, looked at the electrical components and diagnosed the problem, changed the bad part for a new one and the system is working great. John showed and told me what he was doing as he did the work. Very professional with a great attitude too. Extremely happy with the results.

The service we received from Jacob Reeve , plumber, was the best! He immediately fixed our problem in a very professional , thorough and efficient manner and then went above and beyond and identified another plumbing valve that was in need of repair. Thermal Services is the best!

Joe Molecek, plumber, also is patient, extremely knowledgeable and definitely puts the customer first!! He cares about the end result!

Customer Service is very professional. Their Technicians are punctual, keeps the customer informed through entire install or repair process. My technician Jacob Reeve (Plumber) was great and represented his trade well. He made me feel valued and represented Thermal in the most professional manner. I would highly recommend Thermal Services, try them, what do you have to loose.
