Chris came out yesterday evening but didn’t have the part needed to fix our air conditioner. He made a point to their office to make sure he was coming out today to fix. We are cool again! Thank you Chris for being professional, giving us advise and caring about our well being!! We will sleep much better tonight with our AC working!!

This company was great! The receptionist was polite, helpful and called me in advance of the technicians arrival. Cornell arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the issue all while answering my random questions about A/C units. He is as cool as my A/C now is (which is very cool).

Carter was Awesome! He has a Wonderful personality and very easy to talk to. He made some great suggestions that we may use in the future. Thanks Carter for your time and excellent service 😊

Previous owner of my house had them install a ac unit in my house a few months before I bought it. Warranty expired last month which I get I would have to pay labor but they couldn't even help me out and wave the fee to come out. Even though it just barely failed right out of the warranty period. Definitely don't seem like they care about jobs they have done or too much about the someone becoming a future customer. Had they helped I would have used them for the life of my home ownership. Definitely will not be recommending them to anyone.

I recently had a service tech come out to look at my AC unit that stopped running. I was quoted $1900 dollars to install a new condenser and contactor.

It turned out to be nothing more than a bad capacitor and a faulty wire, which someone else fixed for me for a fraction of the price quoted by McCarthy.

While I did appreciate them being on time, I’m glad I got a second opinion.

The tech was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and explained to me what the problem was and what the possibilities are going to be to fix it. Highly recommend this company for being professional and on time.

Edit- it took me over three days to get in contact with the company about the repair, within that time I got in contact with company they said that they could not find any parts nor repair my machine so they sent out a care advisor and try to sell me a new unit and an astronomical price. The techs are good and knowledgeable but management will not help you one bit.

Carter explained everything in great detail! Biggest thing for me was they arrived within the time frame window they said they would. They simply answered the phone when I called and were helpful throughout the process! I would have used them simply because they answered my phone call. Don’t see that often when it comes to certain trades.

Chris was awesome! He quickly located the problem and repaired it. He cleaned the ac unit and installed a new filter. He was very personable, informative and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was not at all dismissive. We would like to have him as our permanent tech if possible please. Thanks!
