Chris R. was absolutely Amazing! He got here quick and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was possibly wrong with our A/C. He was very friendly and understanding of our situation. You can tell he really wants to help people and not just squeeze people out of all of their money. We definitely will use this company again if we ever need too!

Darrion was fantastic! Very professional and extremely helpful. He explained what was needed on my furnace as well as mentioned it would be a good idea to get my air ducts cleaned. I expressed my concern on the high cost of that service and being unsure whether or not it would truly make a difference based on past experience with it through another company. Darrion reassured me that the job that their company does is extremely thorough. I do feel better knowing he so highly recommends it. I’ll do additional research on my own today in case I need to cancel, but for now am moving forward with it. Thanks Darrion for all your help!

Cornell was on time, friendly & very professional. He was an excellent listener & explained everything in detail. I think our pitbull wanted to go home with him. 😂 He is a GREAT asset to your team of technicians.

Cornell R Booth was very friendly and very thorough with his explanations and even brought up issues that had never come up in past maintenance visits. He was also very helpful about recommendations for bulk purchase of necessary parts. Very positive experience.

Carter was awesome he was Very very thorough he went through the entire system and got us back on track. The best part there was no high-pressure sales just advise us of what he thought was best over the next year. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use if ever need it again.

Our air went out on a Friday night and I was able to call and make an appointment at 11pm that night for the next day, Saturday, between 2-6pm. They called about 9am Saturday with a sooner opening and our technician, Hank, was here around 9:30am. Lots of good communication between business, tech and us. Hank was friendly, professional and very responsive and quick to assess the situation and knew exactly what to repair. Had to get two things fixed on a 15 yr old unit, which wasn’t bad at all. Hank went out of his way on a very hot day to travel to the only part store open on Saturday to stand in a long line to see if they had one of two parts needed and luckily, they did! Hank brought it back, installed it, our problem was solved super fast. Hank went above and beyond and we appreciate him so much for it. He is an A+++++ tech. Hank also filled us in on a maintenance plan that we are seriously considering. Even though it was an uncomfortable situation with our air going out on such a hot weekend, Hank just made the situation feel bearable bc he worked so hard to get us cooled off. I appreciate this encounter and will definitely keep this contact for future needs. Thank you Hank, you are awesome.

Darrion was very professional. He was not afraid , or annoyed with my dogs barking when he first arrived. When he was finished he cleaned up the area very well. Thank you for the outstanding service!
