Prices for a new installation are absolutely ridiculous! I have family members who do this in Salina KS who said they change $7-8k for the exact install. This company wants $19k… sorry but no thanks! My family will travel 3.5 hours to come help.
Brent Walsh, my technician did a fine checkup on my unit , He is very thorough with his inspection and answered all my questions. You could send him every time and I would be satisfied.
Brent Walsh was very professional and very nice explaining everything to us and telling us options we could go with and made our next appointment for us. I really appreciate that the company was open on a holiday.
Carter, Joe, Gorden, and Jason all were super helpful in getting our heat back on, repaired and replaced! They were extremely patient with our questions and our pets. They made a stressful situation easier to handle and manage. Also the receptionist has got to be the most friendliest person on the planet. I wish I caught her name. I think Mackenzie. I was getting worried about how long we could go without heat and she called me up and was able to schedule me in earlier. Thank you all. We are super grateful for everyone’s hard work.

Had Cornell come out the very next day at 2pm when I called at 6:30pm the prior day. Explained everything thoroughly, professionally, and got my AC back up and running within 30 min.
Cornell came out to address bad noise in unit, we turned unit on, No Noise! He then hooked up amp meter and watched, no indication of problem and unit was appeared to run normal. Watched and listened for several minutes to hear or see problem. Closed unit up and he asked me to record sound if happened. Unit ran couple of hours normally then sound started again. We called, notified and reschedule another service call.
Carter was really attentive and very detailed when he explained what was happening and what needed to be fixed and why. He also made recommendations on what would present a problem in the future if not fixed. They were helpful, in and out quickly.
Trent, Brandon and Jackson were prompt, friendly, communicative and neat. All of my questions were answered about the cleaning and aeroseal application. I learned a few things about my new thermostat and furnace as well. We are very happy with the services provided and the manner in which it was done.
