Scheduled one of the two maintenance checks for our system. Requested for and received Carter Kemp again for the appointment. As with previous visits, Carter was great! Thorough, knowledgeable, honest, professional, and everything else. Provided feedback on findings with our system and answered MANY questions that were asked to help guide future plans and decisions. McCarthy’s has been great, but to date, Carter has been the main reason thus far for our top satisfaction.

Good customer service is rare these days, but these guys impressed us every step of the way! I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the woman I scheduled with(probably due to my brain overheating) but she was very pleasant to work with! My house got up to 87 degrees today and I could not find someone to come out till tomorrow. Until I got ahold of this place and she got us in same day, called my landlord even faster than I could to confirm with him and she even called me to update me when our technician was on his way. She was very personable and is a wonderful representative for the company! Chris got here over an hour earlier than the window we were initially told and we could not be more thrilled, for obvious reasons. He was also very personable and he cracked us up a few times, while remaining completely professional. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in ways that are easy to understand. He did a great job, worked fast and his positivity is infectious. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and that says a lot about him and this company! And same goes for the lady I scheduled with, I wish I could remember her name!

The team of technicians were on time, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great guys who liked their job and it showed.
I trusted them in my house. They respected the house cleanliness with shoe covers as they walked around. I appreciated that very much.
These guys even changed the furnace filter.

Carter was a great service tech; he explained and showed how my system was working and what we can do to keep it running efficiently. He was super knowledgeable about the system the products and the way they will impact our air quality. I have been with McCarthy for a long time and he Carter is one their best service techs that I have had the opportunity to meet.
