Service was good but untimely and delayed by nearly 3 hours. You did not save us time but wasted our paid designated person to wait for more than 4 hours for naught.

Hank was an amazing technician, found the problem quick and got my furnace temporarily fixed on Christmas day to at least get us by till the part came in. Knew what he was doing and let me know what we needed to do to keep things running. Great service in general.

Excellent service. Technician was very professional and took pride in his work. I was very impressed. He took time to explain what he had done and even took pictures (before and after) to emphasize what service was completed. I’ve had service maintenance done before but none as efficient as this visit. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use McCarthy as well as recommend their service to others.

McCarthy's One Hour Heating and Cooling was our Christmas present this year. They were able to help us navigate our furnace issues, giving us heat for the holidays! From scheduling with MacKenzie to the technician, Chris, the experience was GREAT. Chris was wonderful and saved the Christmas season for us! He identified the problem quickly and was very professional. He explained everything to is in a fashion that we were able to completely understand.
