McCarthy's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning®

We worked with Chris R. this evening, and he was a lifesaver!! He was knowledgeable, fast, and gave us some great advice for future maintenance with our very old HVAC unit. Reasonably priced service that was able to send a tech out with only a couple hours notice. Chris was friendly, professional, and overall just a cool guy. Highly recommend!!

I woke up this hot July Friday morning to no air coming out of my vents and was given a window for same day service. Hank arrived exactly when he said he would and got my A/C checked out, figured out the problem, lined up a new blower motor for me with installation tomorrow, and told me about/signed me up for the service program. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and expedient. Could not be happier. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and A/C and Hank and I am very happy to have found them.

The following day, Carter followed up to install the new blower motor. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and got right to work. Unfortunately, he discovered immediately after he was finished with installation that the blower had a manufacturer defect and it needed to swapped out. Carter arranged for the new blower and returned this evening, Saturday night, for install. Even after a long day of solving problems, Carter had a big smile on his face, a great attitude, was very reassuring, and had the new blower installed in under an hour. The A/C is officially working again and it’s a huge relief in this heat to feel that cool air coming through my vents again.

I was very impressed with both Hank and Carter and I feel confident knowing I am being taken care of by a company that has such professional, knowledgeable and friendly technicians.

The guy was very polite, easy to talk, very thorough, took his time to explain what he was looking at and showed pictures on the things that needed to be done in the future. Overall he was just a nice young man.

Technician was amazing. Very friendly, professional and efficient. Installation of units were not scheduled but he asked fir permission to complete the job instead of me having to reschedule a second visit.

Jason did an excellent job. He was professional and thorough. He walked me through how to use my system (as this is my first winter in this house) and taught me what I needed to know to ensure my heating system is working efficiently!

Wonderful service, quick response time, and a amazing tech! Hank was super professional and a great human. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I have any issues in the future.

Chris the service person was very polite, kind and professional. He was careful to put on booties to cover His boots.Frank explained the importance of changing furnace filters and washing the outside screen panels on the outside unit.
The technician and his trainee was very respectful of our time and did a fantastic job!
