Carter was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out why my ac was not working. He ordered the part and it was here in a few days. The company called and told me there was an open spot and I took it. Carter came back out and put the part in and my ac is back to working. Thank goodness! I will recommend this company to anyone!
Hank was our technician and was an absolute rockstar. AC had been out for several days and he showed up on time and got our AC going in less than 30 minutes. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the trade. He made sure I knew what the problem was, how it was being fixed, and what preventative steps to take to avoid the issue in the future. That kind of service integrity is hard to find!
Both techs were very professional and customer service deserves a 5+. The repair was very expensive though. I ended paying 4 times the market value of the broken part.
Hank was outstanding! Very responsive to the situation, substantially thorough, and expeditious with his repairs. Additionally, he took the time to explain each part troubleshot and the system operation related to it, then depicted the corrective action. I would choose them again.

We asked if anything opened earlier we would appreciate it. Some open time came up and Hank arrived around 10:30 am. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He ID the problem and had it repaired within an hour. We were very pleased with the overall outstanding response and service provided by Hank and McCarthy's.

He checked the system out and delivered the bad news about our system being so old and outdated that he couldn't repair it. I knew it was coming, but he delivered the blow very gently. He gave us lots of options, set us up with a sales rep, and talked about some of their other programs. What I liked best was no pressure, just info and he didn't care if we bought from them they just wanted to be sure we were taken care of. I was expecting them to be slammed busy for the next week, but he was out in a couple hours - same day as the call. It was so freakin' hot in and out of my house, but he stood there talking to us, no rush, and just laid it all out what we were looking at.
